With sunlight streaming in through generous windows and sliding glass doors, this corner condo makes a wonderful, relaxing home base for your explorations of Grayland. Here at the tranquil Breakwater Inn, you'll be an easy stroll from the beach for peaceful days spent fishing, crabbing, and collecting seashells.

This first-floor studio enjoys an ideal corner location at the Breakwater Inn, a property that seamlessly blends modern comfort with a sense of nostalgia for the coastal vacations of your youth. On the grounds, find grills, crab cookers, picnic tables, and firepits available for your use. Follow the path immediately west to meet a broad stretch of open beach, or head over to Grayland Beach State Park half a mile south. Explore the nearby town of Westport (seven miles), tour the International Mermaid Museum (13 miles), or hop on board a whale-watching or fishing charter.

Named for Charles Bulfinch, the architect of the interim Capitol Dome after the War of 1812 for whom Captain Robert Gray originally named Grays Harbor (then Bulfinch Harbor), this studio acts as a showcase of its setting. Step through the glass doors to find a grassy area with a picnic table and views of the dune grass stretching down toward the ocean. Enjoy a game of Pickleball on the new court!

Inside, enjoy a convenient kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker), a bistro table for simple meals and board games, and both complimentary WiFi and a smart TV for your entertainment. At day's end, relax on the sofa or simply dive into the comfortable bed.

Things to Know
The hot tub is available to all guests at the property and is operating on a first come, first serve/available seats basis.
There is no washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
