You have a private swimming pool, covered, heated to 28 °, a 5-seater jacuzzi, a wooden terrace of 250m² facing south with relax, parasols, solar shower.
This relaxation area awaits you around the barbecue for unforgettable evenings !!
Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known all over the world !!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings on site possible with a view of Bird Island !!
You can also visit the riverside "La gironde" with these squares and small restaurants called "guinguettes". The multiple morning markets in Soulac / mer and Montalivet will be a good time to spend with the family.
Without forgetting all the night markets nearby (less than 5 KM) where you can taste the local products in music !!!!!

Everything we expected
This was a beautiful property and fulfilled our expectations. There was just 2 of us. Although the property sleeps up to 8 people I would think it a little small for that number of people especially if the weather is inclement, and you were unable to spend much time out doors. The garden, pool area and jacuzzi are stunning and completely private. Excellent, bathroom drench shower. Modern kitchen and the whole property has been decorated to a high standard. We would highly recommend this property.

Super séjour au coeur du Médoc
Le logement est parfait pour profiter de l'océan, du marché de Montalivet et pour se détendre dans la piscine et le jacuzzi. Sylvain, le propriétaire est très disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons loué des vélos et il nous a prêté une raquette de tennis. Merci encore à lui pour son accueil !

Schlicht eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Pool in mäßiger Lage. Küche leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet und sehr einfach gebaut, Bad ebenso. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und man kann dort in Ruhe ausspannen.

Très satisfaits d'un séjour passé en famille à l'été 2022, dans une autre maison de ce propriétaire, nous avons retenter l'expérience pour 3semaines cette année. Le résultat est identique. Nous avons passé une excellent séjour pendant notre semaine à Grayan, la piscine et le spa sont très agréables et sécurisés pour les petits, le logement est propre et fonctionnel, et les équipements de babyfoot et de table de Ping Pong ont beaucoup occupé les enfants et les plus grands! Accueil convivial et Monsieur Tiffon est réactif si besoin.

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine, malgré la grosse chaleur, et ce grâce à la piscine au top ! Elle est juste parfaite, bonne taille et bonne température, le jacuzzi est un + très appréciable aussi Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et la remise des clés se passe sans souci C’est la seconde fois que nous louons une maison auprès de lui et cela se passe facilement à chaque fois

Tolles Haus mit schönem Außengelände
Wir haben uns gut erholen können. Die Zimmer oben sind recht klein, aber noch ausreichend groß. Pool und Jakuzzi top. Inventar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das Besteck sollte erneuert werden. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Danke!

Schönes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, kleines Badezimmer. Allerdings sehr steile Treppe in das obere Stockwerk. Schöner Pool und Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison au calme et très bien située. 5mn en voiture de la plage, proche de Soulac et Montalivet pour leur marchés Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée et du Jaccuzzi. Piscine très bien sécurisée car nous avions un enfant de 3 ans. Grand espace extérieur à vivre. Attention pas d'oreillers mais des traversins. Les ustensiles de cuisine seraient à compléter avec une sauteuse pour les légumes, un grand saladier et un faitout de taille moyenne. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette propriété.

Très beau séjour à 3 adultes 2 enfants et 2 animaux. Dans une maison spacieuse, au calme et très bien équipée à 5 mn de la plage en voiture. Repas pris en extérieur grâce à la terrasse couverte et que dire de la piscine à 28° et du jacuzzi à 38° à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Une semaine très agréable dans cette région où les balades en vélos sont riches. Nous reviendrons...
