4 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Great location on the water in the Gravois arm. Also has a boat ramp available, gas/c-store dock, &swimming area on site. The house comes with a boat slip. There is ample parking for both your vehicles and your trailers. Home is air-conditioned and has high speed internet and 60" tvs. Very family friendly community. The house is in a resort and the docks are not private but are commercial docks.

Close to Ozark International Raceway. Great boating access
We chose this place because it was close to the new Ozark International Raceway. It was clean, neat and everything we needed. We will definitely return to access more of the lake/boating features.

House was great - enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening.
Property was good - few minor details - 1. no hot water for showers. 2. no toaster in kitchen 3. Cuisinart coffee pot still had coffee in it - inside was coated with day or more old coffee grounds. I did clean but did not use. Otherwise enjoyed our stay the rest of the house was very clean. Will rent again if we need something in that area.

Great Time
We had an amazing time during our stay. Ryan is wonderful to work with. He is very responsive to questions or concerns and took care of all of our needs. We have been coming to the lake for over 30 years and this was our first stay on the Gravois arm and this cove was great for floating and tubing with our grandsons and close to plenty of wake for waverunning. The grandsons also caught several fish which surprised me given almost everyday the temp was 100. Everyone we met on the resort were very friendly. Thank you Ryan for a wonderful vacation.

FAMILY GETAWAY
The property was great, with a lot of space for everyone. We enjoyed our evenings on the Large Deck overlooking the Lake View. Perfect Location on the lake with boat slip, swimming area, & quiet cove. Thank you Ryan for making are family getaway a success.

The house is spacious and has more than enough amenities. The house was very clean and organized. The views are spectacular both day and night, lots of activities to choose from. Owner was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating.

You’re RIGHT on the water. Ryan is killer to work with. Cleaning crew could definitely do better for what they charge. If you’re looking for a great boating lake, this is perfect. Awesome days on the water! Coconuts is a high recommend. Quiet, safe area. Deck has a nice view, enjoyed the fire pit. There is a side room and basement that you don’t have access to (but workers do) - don’t let that alarm you. Our stuff was never messed with and they’re all friendly. It was the perfect relaxing vacation.

Well the house was pretty decent other then there was really not many glasses to drink from or pots and pans. We bought a new pot & strainer from the $ general, the pot they had had Teflon in little pieces in our macaroni. Not enough towels for 10 nor seating to watch tv at night. We were outside on the patio and a random guy just showed up opened the window to the house and jumped in head first. We were like excuse me and the man ignord us. Then he came back multiple times in a different part of the house. It was scary when its just women staying in the home. We took photos of bare cabinets. Its a shame. If they could do a overhaul to kitchen that would be great for future stays.

This house is everything it says it is and then some. It is right on the water with a picturesque view with plenty of room. The locals that lived closed were extremely friendly. We will be booking for next year. Did I forget to mention how comfy the sheets are! Thanks Ryan!

Overall a GREAT place
There were 8 of us and the size of the house was perfect. The location was beautiful and perfect for what we were looking for. The neighbors were helpful and very friendly. Having the little convenience store with free ice right outside out door was helpful. Anytime we needed anything the maintenance man was there within minutes. (We needed coffee cups and the propane tank filled) We would have liked to have had more towels available for a 4 day stay and with so many of us. We had a very difficult time finding the house it was not marked. There is a small piece of paper in the front kitchen written with the address written on it but no one could see it. Having a more formal sign would have saved a bit of time. We all had to stop neighbors and ask. We will be renting again next year!

Convenient boat slip, gas, dock!
Ryan was very accommodating and the convenience of having a boat dock, gas, and boat slip were perfect for us! We enjoyed the view of the water from the deck and the house comfortably slept all 8 of us.

Lake Vacation
House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Good location. Had a swimming area by the docks. Caught multiple good size bass right off the docks. Gas hole was right in front of the house to get gas and snacks. Coconuts Bar & Grill is a great place to eat and have drinks. Plus, it's a pretty close boat ride away. Definitely be back to stay here!

Great communication and clean house
Our annual beach vacation was cancelled due to COVID, so, we quickly switched gears and found this house available to rent for our family vacation (5 adults, 3 kids and a boat). The house was very clean, super comfortable beds and linens, well stocked (could use a large skillet, if I were being picky), and right on the water. Ryan is extremely responsive and accommodating. The handyman, John and his wife, are super sweet and on property if anything is needed. The access to bags of ice is a fantastic perk for keeping the boat coolers cold for the day! A couple of notes: the hot tub doesn't work :(, the ice machine for the gas station is in the basement of the house so there is minimal traffic on the property from staff only when they are restocking (the gas girls are extremely nice and pleasant!), and there is a local posse of golf cart partiers (that's how I'm referencing them) who were not kind, belligerent and definitely staked their territory in and around the swimming area and boat ramp. This is not a reflection of Ryan or our wonderful stay at the house though. We had a great time, the gas station was SUPER convenient and the house was everything we needed and more. I would rent from Ryan again in a heartbeat.
