Belvilla by OYO Casa Archi Tre

Located in Gravedona, this beautiful apartment is perfect for a family getaway or a group holiday. With 1 bedroom, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. A shared swimming pool is in place for you to relax and rejuvenate.

The nearest restaurants and the grocery store are 1 km away. The lake lies only 1000 m away if you wish to spend the day out in nature. The town center is 1000 m from the apartment.

Central heating is there for your comfortable stay. The apartment offers a lift for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or in the shared furnished garden, while soaking in the afternoon sun. You can park your vehicles in the parking area. A high chair and children’s bed are in place for the kids. 1 pet is allowed to stay on the property at an additional rate of € 7,20/night.

The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.
The house can be reached from the car park, which is located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019) or via an external staircase. The private covered car park can be reached from the road above (provincial road) via a short, rather steep ramp. From the lift to the entrance there is only 1 step.

Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay.
Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot.
Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht!
Eine saubere Wohnung mit Balkon in einem sehr gepflegten Umfeld. Selbst von den sehr schönen Pool hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Gravedona, einen Traumblick auf den Comer See bis nach Bellagio und die umliegenden Berge. Der Ort ist über einen kleinen Weg schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die gastfreundlichen Vermieter sprechen auch deutsch und englisch. Nur zu empfehlen.

Heerlijk appartement met geweldig uitzicht over het meer. Keuken was volledig vernieuwd met alle voorzieningen. Bedden wel erg hard maar dat is persoonlijk. Zwembad fantastisch. Heb je bijna privé. Rustige eigenaar die je privé laat woont er onder. Het steile korte weggetje naar parkeergedeelte is een uitdaging, maar lukt iedereen. Wat fijn is dat het kleine complex beveiligd is. Tip voor eigenaar. Airco zou prettig zijn voor erg warme weken. Er stond wel ventilator op de slaapkamer. Leuke tripjes gemaakt in schitterende omgeving. Strandje op de punt is geweldig. Heerlijk gezwommen in het Como meer.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sogar mit Aufzug vom Parkplatz zur Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind einzigartig. Am Pool befinden sich für jeden Gast Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool hat anscheinend eine Solarbeheizung. Das Wasser hatte jeden Tag zwischen 26-28 Grad obwohl es meistens keine 30 Grad Lufttemperatur hatte.

Fijne vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht over Comomeer. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de huiseigenaar die ons af en toe voorzag van tomaatjes, basilicum en courgette uit eigen tuin. Woning is rustig gelegen. Ongeveer 1 km lopen naar de winkels en restaurantjes. Zwembad is goed onderhouden. Kortom prima locatie voor vakantie aan Comomeer.

Het was een fantastische vakantie. Aan het Comomeer is voor ieder wat wils, vele mooie wandelingen voor avonturiers, vele mooie stadjes, bootjes varen of kajakken is er geen uitzondering. Het appartement van gastheer Gustavo was dan ook de ideale uitvalsbasis. Gustavo verwelkomt je met veel plezier ( en kleine attentie zoals water en fruitjes) en doet zijn uiterste best om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het meer zelfs is niet overal even toegankelijk om te zwemmen en daarom is het zwembad aan het verblijf een zeer grote meerwaarde. Het appartement zelf was klein maar zeer knus en bevatte alles wat je nodig hebt als koppel op vakantie. Tot slot elke ochtend een ontbijtje nuttigen op het terras met fantastische uitzicht over het meer is DE perfecte start van je dag!”

Fantastische Ferienwohnung
Die Bilder und die Bescheibung der FeWo im Inserat stimmen voll mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Uns wurde die FeWo vom hilfsbereiten und immer sehr freundlichen Eigentümer Stefano top sauber übergeben. Die Gesamtanlage ist in sehr gutem und gepflegtem Zustand. Über einen rot-weiß markierten Wanderweg mit zahlreichen Treppenstufen ist die nette und beschauliche Strandpromenade mit einigen Restaurants in ca. 10 Gehminuten bergabwärts gut erreichbar. Nach einem schönen Abendessen ist auch der Rückweg bergauf als schöner Verdauungsspaziergang in ca. 20 Minuten zu bewältigen. Wir können diese FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank noch an die sehr netten Vermieter Stefano und Cesarina. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Gravedona. Rüdiger Kunstmann im Sept. 2020

Zeer steile, korte helling met scherpe bocht naar parkeerplek. Minder geschikt voor automaat-auto. Naar beneden met lift of trap. Adembenemend uitzicht. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Stefano (eigenaar). Gezellig knus appartement met royaal balkon. Super zwembad. Keuken gedateerd, maar functioneert nog prima. Pannen aan vervanging toe. Veel lichtinval. Fijne slaapkamer en badkamer. Wasmachine. Ideaal vertrekpunt voor mooie wandelingen. Boot vertrekpunten op 2 km afstand. Fietsen is niet te doen; erg steil en nergens fietspaden. Drukke weg langs het meer geeft wat geluidsoverlast. Gezoem van verdeelcentrum elektriciteit dat vlakbij ligt, kan wat hinderlijk zijn. Grote supermarkt op 1,5 km afstand. Ondanks de minpuntjes hebben wij er een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

Warme verwelkoming door de aimabele huiseigenaar, dhr Oberti. Schoon, leuk en eenvoudig appartement met wonderschoon uitzicht zoals op de Belvilla site. Het uitzicht is iedere keer weer anders en zeer boeiend. De gierzwaluwen vliegen op grijpafstand over je balkon. Afwasmachine in de keuken/huiskamer. Wasmachine in ruime badkamer met kleine douche, toilet en bidet. Slaapkamer met (spiraal)bed en genoeg kastruimte. Je lege koffers konden we kwijt achter de bank in de huiskamer. Wasrek bij de voordeur. Als verwelkoming kregen we zelfgekweekte courgettes en heerlijk geurende basilicum en pak jus d’Orange. Koelkast met vriesvak en gasfornuis met goed werkende oven. Kleine filterkoffiemachine. De toegangsweg is erg steil maar went ook snel. Charmante stadje Gravedona is ook te voet (bergschoenen of stevig schoeisel) langs een slingerpad met vaste keien te bereiken. Zwembad is fantastisch met weer hét mooie uitzicht over het Comomeer, ligbedden, zithoek, parasols en douche. Er zijn genoeg restaurants en 3 supermarkten in Gravedona.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Am Pool lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ruhige Lage, bis auf vereinzelt störende Motorradfahrer auf der unterhalb durchgehenden Uferstrasse.

Na een lange rit en eindelijk het huisje gevonden te hebben, werden we heel vriendelijk onthaalt. De man des huizes spreekt goed duits en gebrekkig engels. (Ons duits is heel slecht maar we kwamen een heel eind) Zeer fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie. Heerlijk dat je een zwembad hebt. Wij zouden er zo weer heen gaan. Het is een schitterende omgeving, in een nabij gelegen dorpje kan je 3 km lopen naar crotto dangri, heel goed te doen met kinderen. Dat is echt de moeite waard, zo ontzettende mooie natuur daar. Kleine tip, als je het tunneltje door bent gereden is t na nog geen 100 meter aan de linker kant. Je ziet alleen een hekwerk met het nummer 60, hier rij je naar benden (heel steil) en parkeer je daar je auto. Met de lift (met code) ga je naar de appartementen, dus vreemde kunnen er niet op.

De eigenaar heeft ons zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. Hij heeft ons rondgeleid en uitleg gegeven. De accomodatie was prima, wel wat klein voor 3 personen maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Geeft ook niets als je vooral buiten leeft. De omgeving is prachtig en het uitzicht vanaf het appartement en het zwembad fantastisch! Dit kon niet beter. Zwembad was sowieso erg aangenaam!

Enthousiast en gastvrij ontvangen door huis eigenaren. Heer des huizes sprak goed Duits, zoon goed Engels was voor ons erg prettig. Vakantie woning had prachtig uitzicht, super fijn zwembad. Vakantie woning was goed, mooie badkamer/slaapkamer, super uitzicht vanaf balkon. De keuken is erg gedateerd en zeker aan vervanging toe. Como meer en Gravedona was erg mooi. Gravedona had echt iets Italiaans. Nadeel is de steile helling naar Gravedona, zeker niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
