"Was here for a business trip so just needed a basic room, which this was. Happy with it and also the breakfast! "

"We booked a couple of nights at this property. There are two buildings, the main one where the reception is located and another building close by where we stayed the first night. As we arrived on a Friday evening, we had a room on the first floor of the annex which has a bar under it that closes at 2am so we could not sleep until then. We found out that it only closes that late on Fridays and Saturdays so we asked to be moved for the second night. If you stay on all other nights, Sunday to Tue is closed and on the other nights it closes at 11pm so not a huge issue. The hotel needs a bit of a refurb as the rooms are dated and the windows should at least be replaced with double glazing to help with the noise. There is a free car park close by and the town is walking distance. "

In summary, the Quality Inn provided a convenient and basic stay that works fine for one night passing through town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. It’s a decent choice if you’re visiting Vänersborg."

"Excellent service. Very quiet and beautiful location. The staff at the restaurant were amazing. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they made me the most delicious steak and potatoes. The cocktail I ordered was delicious too. For a small town this hotel and restaurant go above and beyond. Their food is more like a 5 star restaurant. Thank you!!!"
