"We had a nice weekend getaway to Pittsburgh we love the north shore! Restaurants close by and lots of things to do! We did discover a small coffee shop across the road from the hotel we enjoyed getting coffee and going for a walk around PNC park by the river in the morning and don’t skip out on breakfast it was hands down one of the best hotel breakfast’s that we have ever had. "

"I went with family to attend a hockey game. We enjoyed being able to park and walk to the arena. Our room was good, however, the bathrooms smelled like urine. We ate breakfast, which was not free, and was served “fake” eggs for $12. I wish there were more dining options. But I still suggest this room if your visiting the PPG arena."

"Our stay was fantastic! The accommodations were beautiful, but, it was the staff that made our stay so memorable. The ladies at the front desk treated us like family! And the server at the restaurant was just beyond !!! We are already planning our next trip to Pittsburgh, and we will never stay anywhere else but The Renaissance! "

"Stayed here over a long weekend for a hockey tournament. We commuted to Ice Castle in Castle Shannon at various times of day and it was very reasonable. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Driveway parking available which we used and had to park an additional vehicle on the street. No issues finding parking. Backyard was fully fenced and clean. Would be super cute in the Spring-Fall time. Salt and shovel were available for us as well as a couple of space heaters should we needed them. I would have...
