Vue magnifique
Appartement idéalement situé face à la mer, accessible à pied et localisé à quelques minutes d'un centre ville animé et riche en commerces. On regrettera peut-être un intérieur vieillissant, un mobilier désuet et l'absence de wifi.

Vacances Granville.
Bel emplacement, correspond parfaitement à la photo... Cependant : Odeur nauséabonde a l'entrée dans l'appartement. Propreté des WC plus que douteuse .Avons dû le faire nous même... Utilisation du lavabo impossible, vidange bloquée fermé. Nettoyage balcon et mobilier non effectué. Avons dû le faire nous même.... Très dommage..... Cordialement, Jean Boulard

Magnifique vue !
Nous avons passé une semaine fin Février, et avons eu de la chance avec la météo. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la ville de Granville. Il est confortable, et a tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est possible de tout faire à pieds (1km des commerces principaux)..Les balades sont nombreuses, et la ville très animée avec son port et ses petits commerces. Nous recommandons cette location !
