The apartment is ideally situated in the center of a resort (all shops nearby), 100 m from the beach and the rehabilitation center (thalassotherapy). There is a bus service if you want to explore the surrounding area. It is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the station. I can pick you up at the station if necessary.

appartement très bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Mme LEPESANT. Lorsque c'est possible, flexibilité des horaires d'arrivée et départ. Parking gratuit à proximité. L'appartement se trouve à la fois au calme et en centre ville. Pour les escaliers, pas d'inquiétude, il n'y a que 2 étages. Point de départ pour aller aux îles chausey.

annonce MENSONGÈRE
Appartement charmant et fonctionnel certes. .. mais ATTENTION il n'y a absolument pas de thalasso à 100 mètres puisqu'elle est à Donville les bains dc 3km!!!! Il faut donc être véhiculé. Le centre qui est à 100 mètres est en fait un centre de rééducation ! !!!! Et le pire c'est que la propriétaire qui est de mauvaise foi nous a dit " quand les gens parlent de la thalasso ils veulent en fait parler du centre de rééducation car cela fait 2 ans que la thalasso est fermée. .." c'est sûr que habitant à Paris on aurait dû deviner!!!! De plus ne parlons pas de ses escaliers qui sont DANGEREUX car très étroits et très pentus, assez ironique pour des gens qui voudraient aller au centre de rééducation, non? En bref, cette propriétaire ne mérite pas notre argent car nous l'avions choisi pour la thalasso à 100m, n'étant pas véhiculé.

"Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et décoré de façon très actuelle, on s''y sent parfaitement bien. L''accès est un peu difficile si vous possédez de grosses valises (petit escalier.)Nous avons garé très facilement notre voiture gratuitement en allant vers le port ( 5 min de marche à pied à peine).La localisation centrale de cet appartement est très appréciable, on profite de l''animation de Granville sans aucun désagrément sonore, seules les mouettes donnent de la voix. La propriétaire Me L. est très sympathique. A recommander."
