Great place to stay
We have stayed here several times while visiting grants pass. It is clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. Check in is so easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Grants Pass getaway
We only stayed one night. It was easy to find, close to the event we were there for. Perfect size for 2 and was clean, easy check in and check out. We brought ourselves and some food and was perfect for an overnight stay. Way better than a hotel room that would have cost the same. Will be booking again next time we go to Grants Pass.

Great for longer stays
Well appointed 1 bedroom cottage for longer term stay. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owners and they were accommodating of my change in dates.

Great Christmas getaway
We returned to this property for a second Christmas with family in town. The one bedroom unit is just the right size and the full kitchen was great for holiday cooking. The courtyard is perfect for our dog. The property is clean and quiet and centrally located. We will be back next year!

Great property! So much better than a hotel! Clean and well kept. Well stocked kitchen. Private courtyard a bonus . Great location! Felt safe. Close to historic downtown area with excellent restaurants and a really nice visitor center. Loved it here and will be back!

Hometown holiday
I grew up in Grants Pass and went to Riverside school, just a half block away. I was in town for my 50th +1 GPHS reunion and this place was perfect. Full kitchen so I could fix breakfast and lunch, close to everything and immaculately clean. Will definitely be back.

Great property and clean with almost all the needed you'll need. Central ocation. Other guests were friendly and quiet. Suggested improvements: the non stick cooking pans were destroyed with deep scratches.

Walking distance to historic district/downtown
Very nice clean new building well equipped home. Easy check in. Nice complex with green grass courtyard. Quiet neighborhood however Unit 1 backs up to the renters parking spaces. Recommend selecting one of the other units if car door noise bothers you.
