"The space is cute, clean, well organized, and in a very nice area. With no laundry machines or a stove top, it's not ideal for about 5+ days, but if you're here overnight as a stop or for a couple nights, it's absolutely perfect and within a walkable distance to some cute shops, restaurants, and coffee!"

"Such a cute little spot centrally located in Medford. Check in and check out was a breeze. The unit had everything we needed, including cookware. I'd book again next time I'm in the area. "

"Finding the place was easy if you stick closely to the directions. I prefer to stay a bit out of town usually and this is only 15 minutes from Medford. There are two routes to get there, I prefer the back route off the freeway, which adds about 3 minutes, but we saw an abundance of wildlife that way, and avoided the traffic on I-5. "We are a group of old college friend in our mid 70's. Two couples were celebration their 54th anniversaries. We have gotten together all be two of those years to celebrate in some way. The house was perfect for us since the setting was beautiful and we spend most of our time visiting and catching up. We like to prepare most of our meals together and the kitchen was well equipped for that purpose."

"The house was perfect for our family Christmas weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the Rogue River, beautiful! The house was decorated for Christmas, which was great. Even though it was raining a bit, we enjoyed the fire pit with the kids (& adults) making s'mores and roasting cheese and deli meats. We will definitely keep this place in mind for additional gatherings in the Rogue River area."

"We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people "

"It was very nice to have rooms inside rather than room doors right on the outside of the building. Always safer too. Very few guests & quiet except we were put next to the laundry. No problem during the day as we were out but early morning about 6am the dryers or the water heaters turned on. Early morning wake up call. Rooms were recently updated & everything was otherwise fine. Would definitely stay here again but different room. "
