"Hard to find. We had to ring owner and we wete literally outside. Not hotel bit apartment within a block of apartments. Very secure- 4 keys to get into your room. Booked lakeside view which could be seen from side window. Apartment was huge wuth a fantastic bathroom and huge bath. Owner made aware we celebrating my birthday and he very kindly left a bottle of prosecco in room. Very thoughtful. Lots of bars/restaurants in locality. "

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"

"The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The location couldn’t be better. Next to everything and the room was very soundproof. The room was very clean the bed was very good. "

"The area was tucked in a quiet part of Como Town, but was a relatively easy walk to the path by the Lake. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I am gluten sensitive and they offered me gluten free bread and cookies which were tasty. We would stay here again. "

"Perfect accomodation and perfect hosts, Silvano and Milena were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Victoria makes the best scrambled eggs 😊. Good selection of fresh products for breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Room was immaculate and housekeeping every day. Highly recommend a stay here and we would love to stay again "

"Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. During breakfast we had a wonderful meal, and spent over an hour talking with Paolo about many interesting topics, from travel to politics. "Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. I would advise you to prebook dinner as it is very popular. We had to leave before breakfast however the hotel gave us a packed meal which was excellent. Family room was very large ."

Great two nights stay.

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations. "
