"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"Comfortable and well equipped home from home. Welcoming and communicative hosts and an excellent guide to the local area. The parking disc was a handy and thoughtful idea! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cooked a few nights in, kitchen is fine and functional. The bath is large and lovely and the bed comfortable .
