"apartment itself was good for what we needed but unfortunately the check in process was horrendous. the address listed was incorrect and dropped us in the middle of two roads. when we called multiple times for customer service and field service representatives were very unhelpful with the situation. It would have been helpful to be able to speak with the actual owner of the property. "

"This is a second floor apartment, requiring access by a staircase. We were aware that there would be stairs, but these stairs were quite steep and a little uneven. The interior is exactly as presented in the photos. It is comfortable and roomy. We were very happy with this, but the stairs were a bit much for both myself and my wife as we are both in our sixties. "Stayed with my spouse, dog and friend while on a ski trip in Vermont from NYC. We had a great stay, kitchen had all the necessities and a great Keurig collection. Excellent TV and comfortable bed."
