"Claudia has a wonderful place. She’s provided so many amenities to make the stay comfortable. Her communications were quick and showed a strong interest in ensuring we had a great stay. Claudia’s suggestions for dinner were amazing!! If we find ourselves back in the valley we’d definitely return."

"Au début on était pas certain de l’emplacement car est sur une petite rue dans le village, mais finalement c’était parfait. On a profiter de la piscine, croisière fluviale Duoro a 30 minutes, vignobles et même Porto a 1:30, alors ce fait très bien aller retour. "

"Great, friendly service by the family hosting the hotel. Fabulous old building, where you could imagine living in a castle. TV didn't work immediately, but in time for the football match. Nice inner yard as well."

"The property has been in the family for four generations.It felt like we were staying in a part of history and privileged to be able to share their home. You actually have the entire house and part of the vineyard to enjoy your stay.The hosts were gracious and attentive. We were sad to leave and wished we had booked a few nights more."

"Beautiful property and excellent staff, from check in to check out. We stayed in the wine barrel. It was just a wonderful, fun, unique experience. Food In both dining areas was delicious and wait staff incredibly professional and friendly. We highly recommend. "

"This place is way, way off the beaten path. It was extremely disappointing the location this time of year. My daughter and I choose not to stay after learning that there were no amenities close by. Communication of exactly what to expect would he beneficial in choosing this place. We left anbhour after arriving, because we were both so uncomfortable "
