"We booked a room with an ocean view but our view was of the highway and the back neighbours apartment block. The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. Loud noises all night from the internal piping kept us awake. We left after one night. Very bad experience."

"We had a great night staying here In a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Etna. The swimming pool area is lovely, the owners were very helpful and welcoming. They provided plenty of bedding and towels and bathroom toiletries. The apartment is very comfortable and well provided with air conditioning and a small terrace to sit out and look up at Etna. The pizza restaurant opposite serves great food and drinks at a very reasonable price."

"When we arrived we were greeted by the owners very lovely grandfather. The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos and other than the flooring, in like nee condition. The fridge was stocked with fruit for us as well as a tray of goodies. There was new toiletries etc and everything we needed to cook many meals the days we were there. "Ideallic house with breathtaking views. House is very well equipped and comfy. Far lovlier than the pictures can give credit. Great access to the Alcantara Gorge and a lovely restaurant close by. Giuseppe, the key holder, was very helpful and passionate about the local area. Road leading to the property is a little hairy but to be expected given the remote location. "The property was absolutely stunning, view of the beach and coastline that are magical! The check-in process was super smooth, really easy and plentiful parking.
