Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and large island for eating your meals or there is a dining table also. Queen mattress with comfortable linens in master BR. Twin bed in second bedroom. All mattresses and box springs fully enclosed for sanitation. Large closets for clothing/travel items. Queen sleeper sofa in main area for added sleeping arrangements. Infant pack-n-play provided for baby. Large bathroom with walk in jacuzzi tub equipped with hand held or mounted shower head. Washer and dryer available for laundry. We had such a great time at Cherry St. Cottage the first time, we came back for a second stay!As mentioned in my previous review, the location is excellent, the house is beautifully decorated and stocked with just about anything you need. The host responded quickly to any questions via text and was very welcoming.We'll definitely try to stay here next time we're in town!

Awesome stay at Cherry St Cottage!
Our group of four stayed over Christmas and the house was unexpectedly and beautifully decorated for the holidays -- and some of the items were even handcrafted.We found the house to be perfect for our needs -- a few of most everything we needed were provided and easily accessible -- laundry pods and dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were even plenty of towels and dish cloths! (things that are sometimes in short supply in rentals). If you want to cook during your stay, almost any basic cooking utensil, pot or pan is also provided.We really loved it and hope to stay again when in the area to visit family!

Fantastic Cottage
With family in town for the holidays, we needed a little extra space. This cottage was just what we needed. The location is very convenient and the cottage is very well kept, very clean, well decorated, and just overall a very nice place. Loved it!!!

Home is just as described, clean, very well kept . Communication excellent. Quite clean area we felt safe. Because I was traveling with a teenager it would have been nice to have a TV in the queen bedroom.

Cherry Street Cottage is one of the cleanest, most comfortable places we have ever stayed. We arrived on the heels of Hurricane Helene, and Peggy, our host, went above and beyond even before we arrived to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. I think Peggy would have come over to bring us anything missing, but there was no need. The cottage was well-supplied with absolutely everything. I will be raving about this great house and host and will definitely recommend both to my friends who will be visiting the Mitford Museum in the coming months.

Great stay
The house was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s a good location if you’re looking to check out the furniture stores and spend some time in the mountains and not have a long drive to either. We had some trouble getting out before the 11:00 check out and the host was gracious enough to let us check out later without any issues. Would definitely stay here again

such a great stay! It was a short stay for my daughters dance competition. loved having space for our 3 young children and being able to cook our meals and even do our laundry. Definitely beat staying in a hotel and having to eat out for every meal, and going home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Very clean and the pull out couch was actually REALLY comfortable

Sweet Cottage
Cottage is super sweet, full of little cherry details and beautifully decorated. The host was so thoughtful and included a binder with notes on the cottage, menus to different restaurants in the area, coffee and waters and even bath bombs for the walk in jacuzzi tub. Would def book it again if I go back to the area.

As you walk in the property is so invited and very tastefully decorated. Everything is you can imagine is thought of for you. I would love to have Peggy's shopping list for the blankets and towels, they were the softest i ha e every seen.
