What some guests may not love:
-The pool is not heated, so it will be active from May 15-Oct 1 every year. We have a hot tub at the house though, so this will not be an issue for most.
- Please be advised that due to the proximity of a nearby tree, there may be a daily occurrence of leaves in the pool. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that our team will make regular efforts to maintain the pool's cleanliness.
- The fireplace is not functional and closed off from use. Please do not try to use during your stay.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed in the master and 4 queen beds in the additional bedrooms. The home occupancy permits 10 people.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV including Hulu, Disney and ESPN2 and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We do not live by the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

Property is in major need of exterior Maintence and looks somewhat tired , The stove is very unsafe as it’s gas and the knobs are wore out on the valves , hot tub worked intermittently, Inside of home was very clean and comfortable but yard could use some landscaping maintence

Total Disappointment
Upon arrival cleaning person was still on the premises an hour and a half after our check in time. Garbage cans were put to the curb overflowing with garbage. Upon entering the rental a very strong oder of gas was leaking from the unplugged kitchen stove which was missing three broken knobs. The hot tub was filthy and had a terrible stench, totally unusable. The outside fire pit was littered with garbage, beer cans, and liquor bottles,ant covered chicken bones were strewn about the property including the the garage. The freezer/fridge in the garage was filthy with mold in the freezer compartment. After all of this with photos I attempted to contact the owner who refused to call me back. My family of 11 left two hours later and rented 4 hotel rooms never to return to this dump. Thank goodness we did contact VBRO and did get a full refund which was denied by the owner.

Great place to get away and relax. Neighborhood is quiet, area is close to various needs and attractions. Would consider renting again if in the area. Did not need anything from property owners, but their communication was good.

Great stay
Very nice house - very clean - plenty of room for all nine of us. Great location, with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Fantastic communication with the property manager - very quick response time. There was an issue with the hot tub, within hours there was someone there to work on it. Would definitely stay again.

CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL!
VERY VERY CLEAN! Responsive property manager. Tons of personal touches throughout. Even came out twice during our week stay to clean the pool and jacuzzi. The trees provide nice shade but shed a bunch in mid June. Would absolutely book this location again!
