"Our 3-night stay was great here. The view of the Andes Mts. Is a beautiful sight at sunrise. They had a super variety of food at breakfast and on their dinner menu. The elevators both worked quickly and the parking garage was shaded. Our room had a refrigerator and a safe. They offered cleaning each day but we just wanted towels or garbage picked up. The hotel is in a great location off the freeway. Negative was the pool was cold!👀😉"

"The hotel is very basic, nothing around , you need to have a car if you want to eat something, they just have small cheap pizza and cheap empanadas, and they charge you a fortune for it, since there is not transportation they offer you a taxi service wich regularly cost 7 usd for a trip to my work and they charge you 23 usd , it’s a place I will never go back"

"Amazing tourist and relaxation destination in Maipo Valley. On-site activities and restaurant. We got massages and did the Zipline. Wish we had more days here for horse rides and swimming in the pool! Staff was super helpful. WiFi only in common areas."

"En primera medida la habitación doble superior no tiene ni Kitchenette, ni Refrigerador/freezer tamaño grande ni Microondas ni Utensilios de cocina como la promocionan, solo un pequeño refrigerador. No tiene closet ni placar, solo cama, 2 mesas de luz, y silla y nada más. La cortina de enrrollar tenía rota su tira. La ducha se rompió al primer uso. Reclamamos la reparación y se olvidaron. "The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "
