Apartamento muito bem localizado, renovado, mas com pavimento levantado em alguns pontos e, por isso, ruidoso. Recomendo upgrade de persiana ou blackout para a sala de forma a diminuir entrada de luz de madrugada. Muito bem equipado, permite refeições em casa.
