This home has all the bells and whistles anyone could ask for in a vacation home. Relax year-round with the hot tub and steam sauna! and In the summer months enjoy the benefits of a private pool.

This home is in the perfect location for weddings in Grand Rapids or even a quick shot to Holland. with 3200 sq ft of living space theres plenty of room for everyone.

We have three living areas for entertaining space. A crowd favorite is also the garage door bar that opens to the backyard living space.

Great Place!
This place accommodated our group of 7 perfectly and there was plenty to do at the house with the bar, hot tub, pool, fire pit, and back patio to name a few. Would recommend if you're trying to stay outside of Grand Rapids.

Great summer spot with a pool near the city
We had an amazing time at this property. The outdoor activities with the pool and hot tub were amazing on hot summer days. Just a short trip from Grand Rapids where we could visit a bunch of breweries. The host was very accommodating and responsive as well. Couldn’t recommend this place higher!

Ski trip with friends
This was a great property for a group of 10. Everyone had a bedroom and lots of common space for hanging out. Would love to come back in the summer for the pool and hot tub!

Awesome place!
I work for an NFL agency so I booked this on behalf of one of my clients. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The host was lovely, responded quickly, and even left a small gift for my client's daughter for her birthday which was extremely thoughtful. My client was very happy and would highly recommend staying here again!

We came to Grand Rapids for my husband’s 40th birthday with friends. The house was just as described. We loved the hot tub and the steam shower. Lexi checked in to make sure everything was going well.

Excellent and Accommodating
We booked this stay for us and our bridal party for our wedding and we could not be more pleased with our stay. Lexi very accommodating with this uncommon circumstance and communicated very well and was nice throughout the entire process. The place was clean and very, very roomy for everyone. Will definitely be staying again!

House was just advertised….no shenanigans. Very well maintained and updated property….pool was great, hot tub was a blast. Most VRBOs have a grill that is less then impressive. This grill was top notch!! Family had an all around great experience…close to Grand Rapids and Holland

Amazing!
Lexi made this stay beyond my expectations!! I booked her Vrbo for my bridal party to stay and get ready in the morning of my wedding. Not only was the home beautiful and so well cared for but it was the perfect size for a big party to where even our makeup and hair artist commented on it. To top it off Lexi was SO attentive to anything we may need, checked in on the home as well as my wedding and was always there for any question. HIGHLY recommend staying here, we can’t thank her enough

Exactly as described -- a comfortable oasis!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was even more attractive in person. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and a belated Christmas celebration with family spread across the state. Since our daughter attends GVSU, this was a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and a couple of us enjoyed the hot tub too. All of the upgrades to the house were very beautifully done. It is very peaceful and inviting. Lexi is very responsive and friendly. It was an awesome experience from start to finish!

Hidden Gem
We stayed here for a parent’s weekend for my daughter that attends GVSU. She will be graduating in April and I wish we found it sooner. The house was spotless and even nicer that expected. Her decor was right on point…classy, yet homey. There were 9 of us with room to spare. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor amenities, but definitely will on our next stay. Steam showers were 10/10. Perfect location to downtown Grand Rapids in a quiet neighborhood. Lexis was a joy to work with and made sure our stay was top notch. We’ll be back!

Fabulous!
Our group loved this property! Perfect for a girls weekend! We used the hot tub, bar, and amazing showers with rave reviews from the group. It was so clean and comfy. Our group has done lots of trips together but everyone agreed this was their fave VRBO yet! The only thing that could have made it better was more seating at the main dining table. It was a great size but there were only 4 chairs. For such a big house that easily accommodated our group of 10, we would have liked a space where we could have all more easily eaten together or at least a majority. The wine fridge also didnt seem to get cool (but that could have been user error) besides those 2 super minor things, everything was literally perfect! Thank you for having fun us! We're talking about coming back in the summer!

Good for a group, with room for improvement
Overall, the stay was nice. Lexi is great at responding, which was helpful. The hot tub was broken for our stay, and while we received a partial refund for that, it was a bummer because that is partially why we booked the house. The kitchen, while spacious, is slightly under-equipped. There were no measuring cups or spoons, limited pot holders, and no sponges or dish soap to do any dishes by hand. Most of the bedrooms were nice, although one room did have exposed electrical wiring at the outlets and switches. Not a bad place, but definitely room for some improvement!

Perfect place to celebrate with all!
We enjoyed this house for a girls weekend! The house very comfortably slept 10! All of us agreed that this was the nicest VRBO we had stayed at. The home was exactly as it appeared in the photos and was very well maintained and clean. Nothing was grimy or dirty. The bedrooms were beautiful and we loved using the bar and ice maker! The home was clearly built for enjoying celebration with many people! We stayed in the January 2023 and loved using the hot tub! It was one of the main reasons we chose this house. We had one girl who uses a power wheel chair, and she was able to access the whole first floor very well. She brought her own ramps to enter the home as there are 2 steps to enter the home through the front door. So bring your own ramp if you use a wheelchair! The 3 bathrooms were beautiful with very nice showers and the setup was great! We cooked in the home, which was great to have all the pots and pans and some serving dishes provided. We loved all the beautiful interior design decorations of the home! We were commenting on how we would like to go on another trip here or enjoy with our own families in the future! It’s about a 15 min drive to Grand Rapids, and a comfortable and safe neighborhood.

This was a very nice home with lots of room for the 10 people in our group. House has been updated and is cozy. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Grocery stores nearby. Only suggestions: a few more plates and coffee cups as there wasn’t enough for 10 people. Rug under kitchen table was nice but a tripping hazard for the older people with us. Host was great!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!
Came into town for a family wedding. Beautiful house was a great homebase for family to enjoy time together. The kids really enjoyed the pool while the parents enjoyed the hot tub. The house has five very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful living spaces for family to gather.
