"I only wish they had gluten free options at the buffets. It was a little hard for me because I have celiac. Besides that we enjoyed the stay!!"

"Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The mini fridge was lukewarm at best so that was disappointing for our drinks being warm for the following full day of games. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. Didn't get very many channels on the TV in our room either. Probably wouldn't stay here again for the cost but it was a place to sleep and could've been worse."

"We made our reservations in February and the hotel had a different name. All of the pictures on the booking page are very deceiving. There was no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast…..room was filthy, no blow dryer, half roll of toilet paper, dirty curtains, room hadn’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. Will be filing a complaint. Completely false advertisement!!!!!"

"The TV did not work in my room. In and out cable service. The attendant came to room and said he screwed a cable, it came on, but shortly after it did not work. The "continental breakfast" was poor quality. At 8:30am there was water all over the floor around the ice machine on the 3rd floor (slip and fall hazard). I reported it to the front desk person. That person looked very unconcerned. He said they would clean it up. I am concerned that there is only on way in and out of this hotel."

"No where on the property page did it mention that you would not receive towels or pillows for your stay. If they are allowing people to book rooms as a hotel the basic amenities should be provided or the guests should be informed they will not be getting towels to use the shower or pillows to sleep at night. The walls are paper thin and everything nearby can be heard perfectly clear at all times of day and night. Do not list this property as a hotel stay because it is not and should not be under the same category of even the worst hotels that at least provide a pillow and towels. Do not recommend for anyone coming from out of town for a hotel stay unless you plan to bring your own amenities and even then it is a very uncomfortable stay. The staff is not even around only during very limited hours and is not available to help with any issues. Do not recommend and will never stay at another WoodSprings Suite again."
