Message me for seasonal and military discounts! This stylish and comfortable home is ideal for your awesome getaway in downtown Grand Rapids! You will enjoy access to Van Andel, DeVos, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars! Enjoy a BBQ and bonfire out back with family and friends, and get a good night's sleep on our comfortable mattresses! The house has a fully loaded kitchen and coffee station, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, work stations, free Hulu, gameroom, and private parking!

This very stylish and comfortable home has 4 bedrooms with an open common area floor plan. 2 of the bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 full-size bunk beds that can hold up to 250 pounds each. We also have 3 queen size air mattresses and bedding.

You will have full access of the property.
