Be Weary
The home is beautiful. Be weary on renting!!! Take videos of everything when you check in and check out (include trash cans, thermostats, door frames, toilets, all tubs/showers - with the bottom of each, behind couches, etc.). Owners will lie & try to pin things on you. Mgmt company backs them up. In effort to be transparent I sent message that we were flying in for my Mom's Homegoing Celebration 2-days before booking to share that people would be in/out visiting and coming after the repast and no reply. We are talking age range 50 - early 80's. We did not have a party/event. Just enjoying family and their support at an extremely difficult time. Based on no reply booked because it was close to our family. Neighbor to the left of the home complained we were loud & he could not access his mailbox about 6 PM on a Sat. All visitors inside w/ no one hanging outside and no music ever played. Upon arrival their were ants in the kitchen, large spider and other bugs in primary bathroom tub, dirty towels, cob webs on walls & baseboards, mold & liquid in the coffee pot, crumbs in bar stools, and dirty floors. We chose to leave 1-day early. We have video and pictures to back this statement up.
