"We really wished we could stay longer. The property was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We went to the historic sites around the Somme and it was about an hour away. The surrounding area of Bettencourt Rivière was so lovely"

"To be clear: This house is a very old farmhouse, in a small isolated village in rural France. It was certainly not a luxury location at the time of our visit, in summer 2020. And still, we had AN AWESOME TIME despite some issues with the condition of the house! The location: The house is about 50min from the sea, in a tiny friendly farming village. "well appointed apartment. Good facilities - good size - and a fantastic view over the sea. Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate."

"This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."

"Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. We have stayed at this lovey Gite before and it was fabulous then. Situated in the heart of the town it has beautiful views over the bay and is a lovely cosy fisherman’s cottage. Great facilities and beautifully clean. The check in was as easy as always and we hope to stay again. Thank you."
