Great Grand Lake Location
House was perfect for our family for a short mountain get-away this winter. The Cozy Canoe Cabin is more of a modern home with a well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortable and we liked the location just a block off the main shopping/restaurant area of Grand Lake.

Amazing place to recharge
Our stay was wonderful. We wanted to get away from the crows and relax, this place and Grand Lake fit the bill! The house was clean, stylish and comfortable. The location was super close to everything and quiet and it was so nice to be able to bring our dogs. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Another Fall stay in Grand Lake
We have enjoyed this cabin for our second time! It is very convenient, yet in a quiet location. Easy to walk pets; easy to walk to restaurants and shopping; and a very quick drive to RMNP. We like the layout and finishing touches on this cabin!

5-Star Lake Getaway Cabin
This was our second stay at the Cozy Canoe Cabin and it was amazing! We were only walking distance to the lake and the main street. The home is very well decorated and it has all the necessities for our stay. Communication was a breeze with Katy and the cabin was immaculate! It was the perfect getaway for a memorable birthday weekend for my son.

We loved the Cozy Canoe Cabin! The location is perfect, just a block back from the main road in Grand Lake so everything is walkable. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything you need. And after camping for the previous week, we were so grateful for the amazingly comfortable beds and nice, clean bathrooms. Highly recommend and we would totally stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay. Wonderful place. We had to borrow trash bags from next door and dishwashing pods. We had none. One hand towel no spares. Found lighter between sheets from someone before us. Fitted sheets lost elastic and would not stay on mattress. Small things but great trip and wonderful,location. Thank you

Great Cabin / Great Location
Had a wonderful week in Grand Lake and the Cozy Canoe Cabin was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals for the crew. One block off of the boardwalk made walking to the lake, shops and restaurants super easy. Highly recommend and would go back again for sure.

Beautiful home
The Cozy Cabin was the perfect place for our mountain getaway. This is a clean comfortable well-stocked home. It is only one block off the boardwalk and 2 blocks to the beach. Beds are comfy with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Hope to return soon.

PERFECTION - Amazing Cabin at Grand Lake!
It was our first time at Grand Lake and the ‘Cozy Canoe Cabin’ well exceeded our expectations! The Guest Contact and homeowner were so hospitable and provided all necessary information for my stay. When I asked questions, they responded instantly! Now the cabin itself is truly a winter getaway! You feel very much at home. The cabin is really clean, like meticulously clean. It has all amenities that you’d need for your family and I was impressed by how well-equipped and of high quality that the kitchen essentials were. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! By far one of the most best sleeps ever that I had to ask where they bought their pillows and mattress, Haha! The photos doesn’t do it justice. The details in the cabin and the structure is just amazing - you can tell a lot of thought went into the home. The location is truly breathtaking. You’re literally in the heart of Grand Lake just two blocks from the lake and walking distance from stores and places to grab a bite. This is easily a 5-star property! My little family called it “our Grand Lake family vacation home” and it’s a guarantee we will be back and bringing more of the family!

Loved this cabin!
There were 7 of us staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. They had all the spices and condiments we could need for cooking. Lots of extra sheets and blankets, games, and books. We loved how we could walk to everything in town and to the lake. Garage space was immaculate and plenty of room for our boat in the driveway which we didn’t bring but we will bring it next time cuz we plan on staying here again! Maybe a little over priced but very modern and clean.

Great house - amazing location!
We've stayed in Grand Lake a few times, and this is the one we will be booking for future trips. Property is exactly as described, and the location can't be beat. The property manager was very responsive - not that we had any issues with the house. My son left his beloved stuffed animal behind which they promptly mailed to us. Book this house! You will be very happy you did!
