Lakeview Lodge - Gorgeous view of Grand Lake!

This beautiful mountain hideaway sleeps 10 and has fantastic views of Grand Lake, Shadow Mtn. Lake as well as stunning Mt. Baldy. Downstairs has an open floor plan perfect for socializing. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a feast. The upstairs has another family room with a space perfect for the kids to be kids. The enclosed deck has ample seating to enjoy the views, grill the catch of the day or sit by the fire pit at sunset. The large dining table also doubles as the perfect place for family game time. Large driveway for cars and toys. Be sure to bring a 4x4 in winter months. The main level has a 65" smart tv and the master has a 70" smart tv both equipped with Firesticks. The bunk room has barn doors for added privacy. Each floor has its own water heater. As such, plenty of hot water for those needed showers after a day on the slopes

-4WD or AWD and/or snow tires required during winter months. Winter conditions can occur
anytime between Oct 1st - June 1st.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Loved how close is was to town and to the entrance of RMNP.

Beautiful place!
This has such a great view of Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain! Lots of chairs! The inside was great with a loft for the kids to watch tv and a neat bunk room. 2 very nice big bathrooms too!

Relaxing long weekend
Beautiful view overlooking Shadow Mountain and canal into Grand Lake while sitting on large deck. Home is comfortable and even has toys and games for kids.

Awesome Cabin with Spectacular View
We stayed at this cabin with our adult children and some of our friends. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We saw a lot of deer and a few moose. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the area and would most definitely rent it again if staying in the same area!

Overall, very nice. Good location. Quality house with a number of nice features. Quiet and warm, nice audio system with plenty of room. Would like to see a hot tub on the property and to have the deck shoveled off so it would be usable with a outdoor fire.

3 day family getaway
Beautiful house with a great location and incredible views. The space was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with its amazing views and gas fire pit. Super close to town, rmnp and golf course. We had a great time here but would like you to consider a contactless checkin and additional amenties such as showering products and tissues. We were give 2 sets af mini shower products for our entire group and zero kleenex. We also think that with the cleaning fee trash could be picked up by cleaners.

Great experience!
The property far exceeded our expectations. It was very nice and very clean. The views of the lake were beautiful and relaxing. We had two families with 9 total people. There was plenty of space and sleeping area. Our kids didn’t want to leave. The process for check-in and check-out were both easy, and the property manager was great to work with! For those that want an enjoyable and relaxing time in beautiful Grand Lake, I would strongly suggest this property!

Mountain Bachelorette Getaway
My group and I were looking for a place where we could safely celebrate our bride-to-be. The Lakeview Lodge was a perfect accommodation for us! There were several common areas that were able to sit the 9 of us comfortably and the kitchen was perfect for making our family style meals. A word of warning: if you are traveling during the winter or wet months you absolutely will need to have a 4wheel drive vehicle. Our stay was during a very warm March weekend following a nice snow and we were greeted with lots of slush and later ice.

The house is beautiful with wonderful views. Loads of activities near by and some fun shopping down in town. There are several gathering places in the home, with the living room right together with the kitchen. Super bowl was enhanced by the Big television there. We hope to go there again sometime!

We were there with our three college sons and the home was spacious and well-appointed. We ate take-out from the local restaurants because, as our sons said, "Why go to a restaurant when we have the best view in town right on our deck." House was secluded and private, yet just a short 5 minute drive into town. We were saddened to see the wildfire damage in the park, but this did not directly impact the property or any of the views. I would highly recommend this property!

Starting 2021
Our family of 6 and their significant others (10) stayed for a week. Location was perfect with beautiful views of Grand lake. The only negatives were in the shower upstairs has no water pressure , so all 10 of us had to use the shower on the main floor. Had another issue communicating to the rental office about half dirty our floors were upon arrival. They basically told us no they weren’t. So we just cleaned them ourselves. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again with that big of a group. We loved that there were 2 places to all hang out on each floor. That was nice. Also hiked everyday, it was beautiful. White Buffalo pizza was a hit too.
