This place was fabulous and exceeded all of our expectations!! The cabin had everything we could have needed. Gorgeous views, close to hiking, fishing, and boating! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway!

A perfect family stay
This property far exceeded our expectations for our family vacation. The house is not only beautiful, but it is well stocked and easy to transition into for a temporary stay. There are activities throughout the house we enjoyed and games and a fire pit outside. We just really enjoyed this place and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay!
We had the most amazing stay here! The views from the living area are absolutely incredible. The hosts had snow toys, sleds and snow shoes all available for use! The home was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a week long stay. Our boys loved playing foosball in the upstairs loft and wii sports in the downstairs living room each night before bed. We enjoyed driving around Rocky Mountain National Park looking for wildlife and snow tubing at Fraser Hill. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay.

No real complaints, everything was as advertised. If there would be room for an improvement, it would be changing the bathroom door locks do you can actually lock them for privacy.

As advertised - great home and perfect location
This home near Grand Lake was wonderful! The property was just as advertised. The home itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was amazing with plenty of pots and pans to make meals a breeze. The dining table served our entire group comfortably (we were 6 adults). The two living areas (main level and basement) allowed everyone to have plenty of space, but also easily accommodated everyone when we were together. Access to nearby Grand Lake was easy, and getting here from the Denver area wasn't an issue. I will absolutely consider staying here again!

Charming cabin in a nice, quiet area spread out from neighbors. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the extras - garage, pool table, foosball, and games in the basement. Access code could be shorter than ten digits.

This was a beautiful house with a beautiful view of Lake Granby. It’s just a few minute drive into town and less than 15 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals there. We were disappointed the gas log fireplaces were not working as it was cold the first two nights there (although the radiant floor heating kept things very comfortable) We enjoyed the game room and the comfortable furnishings. We would love to come back for another visit.

Loved house & area
We loved the house!!! And hope to return again & again! It was great for our family-4 adults & 2 kids (7 & 8). It was a bit far from Granby Ranch ski area, but to walk out of house & snowshoe for others was great. Plenty of family areas to spread out in & games for us all was super. Had trouble with clothes dryer however, not big problem as we were only doing towels & sheets of those that left early to “help out” but had to leave them wet. We contacted turn key & let them know & they were very apologetic to us & glad we let them know to get it dryer fixed. We could’ve cked in early but we were not able to, + get email night before we left to say we could have later ck out of 12 which was helpful. The kitchen was very well stocked & we used it a lot. Plenty of TVs, pool table & air hockey was played. Only couple things would I improve on would be is to : add actual street name of Rocky Mountain Dr as the # of the house & GCR 642 was a bit confusing. We found it toward dusk with the help from neighbor. Our other suggestions are new mattresses. The ones there are very USED & uncomfortable. Foam toppers are added on all beds to help situation but that is a small “fix” to the problem.

Grand Lake Home
Property was amazing. Beautiful scenery, great house and good location. It was very well stocked with all the cookware you could possibly need. The privacy was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the property manager was timely and all our questions were immediately answered. We would highly recommend this to others. By far the nicest VRBO we have stayed at.

Beautiful home!
We found this home to be very nice. Spectacular view, well stocked kitchen but only a small pantry for our supplies, all other cabinets were full. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. We could not find sheets for the hide a bed or the trundles though so make sure you ask about those if you are going to need them. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the three different game tables and gaming systems. The home’s location is very convenient to all lakes, many trails, and the National Park. Our family would highly recommend this home!!

Clean, beautiful, and quiet!
We loved the secluded location, walk down the road to a small quiet beach, and short drive to Grand Lake. The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything two families with kids could need. We played games, did puzzles, and had a campfire. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay in Granby area!
This was the perfect property for our group of family & friends to stay for our vacation weekend! Beautiful views of the Lake Granby. The listing states it’s a short 10 minute walk to the lake but it’s all uphill on the way back so I wouldn’t recommend it. However, there is plenty of parking by the lake access area close to the home! The lack of AC is well made up for from the surplus of tower fans they have provided in each and every room! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with so many pots, pans, and everything you could possibly need. Regular coffee pot & keurig. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit that had plenty of seating, and they provided lots of firewood for us to use! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return again!

Beautiful Retreat
This was one of the best family vacations ever! The house was immaculate and had everything a family could need. The view was amazing and there was so much to do. Our children loved the pool table and air hockey. Local rentals for kayaks, canoes, and even pontoon boats. Hiking trails of all difficulty levels. Something for everyone!

Great Place to stay very close to RMNP entrance
Loved the cabin, amenities were great, everything was provided. Outside abs inside were beautiful, loved the game room. Quick 10 minutes to downtown and only 15 minutes to entrance of RMNP. Granby us also nearby which we found was a little more reasonable for groceries and supplies. Loved it, hosts are doing an amazing job!!

Outstanding House
The house was more than we had expected. Starting with the magnificent views through those big living room windows, the home did not lack of anything. House is so cozy and is decorated tastefully. It had all the necessary items for the kitchen, plenty of bathroom necessities. Kids really enjoyed pool and hockey tables in the garage 2nd floor. We had the best time staying at Grand Lake house while skiing in Winter Park. I would definitely come back to this beautiful home with it's owners so accommodating and welcoming to the customers. Thank you so much for the nice week spent at your house!

The stay was excellent. We missed having air condition as it got little hot and controlling the heat took time. Otherwise the quality of the stay as really good! Would surely recommend to our friends and family! Keep it up!

Beautiful cabin with lots of space to spread out. Cabin was very well equipped. WiFi was not great, but the adults didn’t mind much. A great time was had by all. There was a beautiful view and lots of extras, such as games, to keep everyone entertained.
