Great family getaway
This was a great place for our family (2 adults, 4 kids). Plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and cozy. Cute little strip full of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Host was very attentive and easy to reach.

July 4th Week
Location of property is excellent if you looking to stay in town. Everything you need is within walking distance. Communication with owner and cleaning staff was excellent. They were polite and accommodating. The unit was very clean. It is always nice to have a washer and dryer if needed. The Community gas grill was nice to be able to use. The bedding could be improved with comfortable blankets. The upstairs bathroom is a Jack n Jill bath - something to note if guests are all adults and prefer their own separate bathroom. Overall a wonderful, clean and convenient place to stay in Grand Lake.

Great location but needs serious updates.
I hate to give a negative review, as we had a great time. But the windows don't operate in the upstairs bedrooms, the kitchen layout was without thought (who needs a counter close by?) and the overall design and engineering of the building made us concerned for our safety walking along the walkway. But other than that, the riverside location and outside areas were lovely.

There were no bath mats. The kitchen was missing a lot of ordinary things you need…salt pepper, serving bowls. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom upstairs I would not advertise as en-suite as they share the toilet.

Grand Lake Condo on the creek with picnic area
This was a really great property for our family reunion (25 people). We were able to have a picnic dinner two nights by the creek in the back of the property. The only negative was that the condo was two stories up from the creek so there was a lot of going up and down stairs. But the setting by the creek was beautiful.

The Perfect Location in Grand Lake
Our stay started out a little rocky with a cleaning issue, BUT both Connie (with Evolve) and Tim (property owner) were both so responsive and quickly took care of our issue. Communication with both was amazing and Tim followed up with us several times during our stay to make sure the rest of our time in GL was all that we had planned for. The condo did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked beyond our expectations and you can not beat this location if you love the sound of water and want to be close to town. We travel to Grand Lake frequently and would definitely look to book this same property on future visits!

The owner was really good about communication, the place was nicely stocked and it was clean. The upper bedrooms smelled like smoke but it cleared up and the rest of the house was fine. The photos don’t do justice to the river in the back and the condo is in a great location.

So let’s start by saying, we asked for an early check in. That was approved. When we arrived they had a company staining the entire house with the doors and windows covered in plastic. I called owner and cleaner to only find out that they knew it was happening but we were not notified. When addressing tracking stain into the house we were told we have to remove our shoes and leave them outside to avoid a charge. After finally getting in, it was 90 degrees in the house.. spent hours trying to figure out how to turn AC on, only to find out no AC but listing description states AC. Owner tells me to open windows, read my opening statement, They’re staining and I have no screens in windows, only 3 windows actually opened and the fumes were strong and I traveled with an 18 month old child. The next issue was the bathrooms, the main shower off the main floor bathroom, it doesn’t drain. The next bathroom off kitchen, doesn’t drain and the light doesn’t work. We were asked to mess with the breaker box to see if it’s would fix it (it didn’t). I tried reaching out to Tina several times with no response after first contact and was even told by owner she would come over to try and resolve the issues. I waited around for hours to speak with her and never heard a word from her. The owner was great and offered a refund, that was appreciated but the entire stay was just a black cloud of issues to only be told that we can get someone in September to address issues. This house was beautiful and wish we didn’t have these issues as the location was amazing.

Wonderful location
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the perfect location, 1 block to the downtown area. There was a lovely creek out back which had seating so you could sit and listen to the water and relax. The condo itself was perfect. Plenty of seating and space for the 5 of us. I would say the only negative was the trash disposal process. You had to drive your trash to the end of town to dispose of it and purchase $5 bags to put the trash into. Also the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable so bring your own. Otherwise, a fabulous place to stay and relax in the Grand Lake area!

Riverside Condo
This condo is all about location. You back to the beautiful flowing river and one block from town and the lake. We walked everywhere with the exception of a short five minute drive to hike Adams Falls. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation
Location was great for our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Two minute drive to the entrance and east walking distance to shops and restaurants around Grand Lake. My only comment is that the kitchen was very small and not well stocked. But we still managed to cook!

Great place
We really liked this condo and felt it had plenty of room for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and we were able to spread out and have a wonderful stay. It is literally right on a beautiful stream which was an added bonus. It's just a block away from great shopping & restaurants in Grand Lake. Also very close to the entrance to RMNP which was very handy. This is such a cute town with lots of friendly locals that we talked to. We event met Ernie, a man who lives in this condo year-round & he was an excellent resource for places to go!

Roofing Disaster
The property and location were excellent. The roofers spoiled our stay. They were to quit by 5:00 but worked till 8:00. The noise was awful. Both Tuesday and Friday they took out skylights a few feet from us. They played music and chatted. We really did deserve a refund. I appreciate the owner recognizing the situation. We had just come from a service for a family member that we lost, so we were looking forward to mountain peace and quiet.
