Great location in Grand Lake
The property was in a great location in Grand Lake and is accessible to about anywhere you want to go. The property itself is in good condition with exception of a few updates. The track on the master bathroom of the bath needs replacing and the one in the main hallway closet. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again.

Great stay at cozy condo
My family stayed here for 4 days while visiting RMNT. It was conveniently located, cozy and a good experience. The kitchen is roomy and many necessities provided. Only issues- #1 the view leaves much to be desired (overlooks a work space/dumpsters) but I knew that going in based on the photos. #2 the cleaners could have done a better job; we found some trash and popcorn kernels on the floors and they left some laundry in the washer and dryer. (Prop manager was super quick to respond and friendly when we reached out about this) Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The WiFi should be updated on the website, the correct one was in the guest book; luckily Christy got back to us quickly on that. Investing in new pillows and some box fans for the bedrooms to, We brought one, it was warm on our stay; mid 80 degrees in the day. Other than that, great!

Location to the lake was fantastic. We found that the unit needs a deep cleaning.
We love the location of the property. Unfortunately we discovered that a deep cleaning. The furniture is dusty. The mattress was full of brown debris and is in need of cleaning or replacing. The living room furniture has a foul odor to it. One last item, the windows were so filmy that you had to open them to enjoy the view.

Very nice and only 4 minutes from national park
Everything was really good. Communication with manager was excellent. Very quick to national park main gate and also two other hiking locations in park (e.g. East Inlet). Nice to be able to cook and not rely on expensive dining, and washer/dryer work well. The town construction shed is immediately behind the deck and they get started at 6am, but you can’t hear them if your windows are closed.

Good stay in Grand Lake
The property was easy to find and close to everything in Grand Lake. The condo was clean and nicely furnished, the beds were comfy. The views are not great but you can see the lake and enjoy the hummingbirds on the balcony! The Xfinity internet and cable was out while we were there, while that is a bummer it was a minor inconvenience for us. If someone was relying on it for work etc it could have posed a problem.

Grand Lake Condo
This is an older property located at the edge of Grand Lake. It was walkable to the center of town and very close to the in-town grocery store. The property was very clean. The big disappointment was the location and view from the balcony - the unit overlooked a construction company with trucks, dumpsters, and a lot of equipment. The "lake view" was a tiny sliver barely visible on the other side of the equipment lot. That issue aside, the condo was quiet and totally acceptable.

Grand Lake Trip
We came here for a three night stay in Grand Lake to ice fish and snowmobile in Feb. The check in email said there was a combination box with a key. We didn't see a combination box but a quick call to the contact clarified the check in process quickly. The room was very clean. TV has many channels to choose from. The stay was very quiet. No complaints.

The condo was one of the best we've stayed in! The property was very clean including all the items in the kitchen. I typically have to wash everything before we use it but not here! The furniture and beds were also very comfortable with clean bathrooms too. Would highly recommend!

This condo was excellent. Location for us was perfect as we drove over from the east side of RMNP that day and spent the next day over in the Arapaho National Forest on a RZR 4x4 rented from on the trails rental. One reviewer mentioned issues with opening the front door. We had zero issues and the code worked well. The 1st floor neighbors are really friendly and enjoyed talking to them.

The property was great but we had a hard time getting in our room. We called and texted our contact person and couldn’t get ahold of her. She finally texted back but it was after the fact. Much easier when you have a person on the property to check in with.

Nice clean spacious Condo in Grand Lake
Very clean and quiet. Lots of room for everyone to be spread out, versus other places we have stayed with less room and you felt cramped. Only negative is off the deck you overlook the car wash and the city storage/trash lot. Trucks/city workers bringing trash early am, but if you look past that, you can see the lake and it is a very relaxing and quiet property. We would rent it again!
