Beautiful Lake and Mountain Views with Parking for your Toys!

Beautiful cabin with endless lake and mountain views. This cabin sleeps up to 10 in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In bedroom one on the main level enjoy a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, in bedroom 2 upstairs enjoy another queen bed and set of bunk beds, and in bedroom 3 upstairs that is very spacious and has a comfortable king size bed and pack n play in the closet.

The Cabin has been upgraded with granite countertops and all appliances are stainless steel including a beverage fridge to ensure you have plenty of fridge room. We have updated some furniture with a leather couch and chairs in the viewing area, leather recliner and new dressers in all the bedrooms.

Enjoy the views of beautiful Shadow Mountain Lake and Mountains from the sitting area off the dining room. This is the most spectacular area to enjoy a morning coffee or hot chocolate as the sun is rising over the mountains. In the evenings cozy up to the wood burning stove in the living room. In the summer enjoy a quiet evening on the patio or sitting around the fire pit.

Enjoy 200 channels of television on two flat screens one in the living room and one in the third bedroom upstairs. Wifi is also there for your convenience.

Bring your snowmobiles, boats, ATV's, etc. as it has ample parking on the drive through circle driveway. You don't have to worry about backing your equipment in or out when coming and going.

The house is extremely well equipped, it has everything you need and more. The house is on the older side but it is large, functional, has plenty of bedding and makes for a very comfortable stay. It was better than the pictures! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful property and location
Enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect for visiting RMNP and Grand Lake. The lake views were great, and we took advantage of the deck. The yard has a lot of awesome boulders that the kid (and myself!) enjoyed playing on. Lots of fun board games and books kept us busy when it rained.

Cabin was very clean and well maintained! Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with about every utensil, pot or pan you would ever need! Nice quiet and private location! The deck was a great place to sit at night and watch the stars when it wasn’t raining! Great place to stay!

Well-Stocked, Open Floorplan with Incredible View
Great stay -- had everything we needed for our week in RMNP. Well supplied, plenty of spices and staple food ingredients, long kitchen table had space for 10+ people! Cabin was turnkey: potbelly stove with plenty of firewood, small fans in the bedrooms for white noise, sleds for the hill behind the house, open kitchen with large pots and pans for large group cooking...and even a boot dryer. Loved it, we'll be back.

Spectacular view with lots of family room
Gorgeous view of Shadow Mountain Lake. We watched the pink clouds of sunset, the moon rise and even a rainbow with a view of the lake, Shadow Mountain and snow capped peaks as a backdrop. Great location for visiting Rocky Mt. NP and a short drive to Grand Lake shopping and dining. Lots of family space and great Kitchen- living area. The owner was very responsive and addressed all of our questions kindly and quickly.

Adult Family trip
Great place went with my wife and two adult children and their significant other. Went hiking , rafting and rented a pontoon boat. West side of the park has a more outdoor feel than Estes Park. The deck has an awesome view of Grand Lake. The only downside is eating out in downtown Grand Lake is very expensive.Rafting down the Colorado river was awesome we did level 2 and 3 rapids. Would rent this property again. Brad Carey

Great home with a great view
We had a great stay here. The longer we stayed, the more settled in we felt. The house was cozy, the kitchen appliances are all very good, the house was stocked with anything you could have forgotten. That view was great; my favorite time to look over the lake was sunset and at night. Communication with the host was impeccable and he was very helpful and responsive. We loved the proximity to RMNP, the town of Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, and the lakes. Nice fire pit too. Thank you!!

Weekend in Grand Lake
This cabin/home was extremely clean and well cared for. It is very close(less than 5 miles) to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook everything. I think the pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the family room and deck are amazing. We loved having our coffee as the sun rose over Shadow Mountain. Steve is very responsive and helpful too. I will be back!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Setting
I stayed in October 2023 for 5 nights. The home is beautifully appointed throughout. The viewing room lets in a ton of light and has great views of the surrounding mountains and Grand Lake. Mornings feature an unparalleled view of the rising sun. The bedrooms are large and filled with sleeping options. Bath/showers are good, solid water pressure and ample hot water. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and clean. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator all in ideal working order. The main living room has a lovely wood-burning stove that heats the space well. Tv has access to Netflix and YouTube … possibly other services, I didn’t check. Many thanks for the opportunity to experience this lovely home 😊

Rustic charm
The property was rustic but had everything we needed. It took a bit to warm it up upon arrival so was grateful to have the stove we could use. Not quite as close to lake as we thought but still not very far. We were able to get to everything we did easily and host was very accommodating.
