This is a one-story single family home on a private lot and no one else lives on the property. Keyless check-in and check-out. Dead-end/cul-de-sac street. One-car size lockable garage. Privacy screen fence around back patio. Fully fenced yard.
Things to note:
---We are in a high desert climate and transitioning to a native yard so it is mostly rocks, mulch, and some wild growth.
---There is a whole house SmartHome protection system with exterior security cameras, motion sensors, noise monitors, plus touchy smoke/CO detectors.
---Due to safety issues with toxic plants/cacti and our neighbor's creatures, guests cannot bring animals/pets of any kind.
---If you have never been to Grand Junction before, it's transitional. Don't let a yard sofa, wacky political signs, or flagged out trucks ruin your winery tour.
