Hidden gem in Grand Junction
This property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Fenced in back yard was beautiful and great for our pooch.

Fantastic place!
Beautifully decorated. Great back yard for pets. Comfy beds! Fully loaded spice rack! The only recommendation I would make is to turn the hot water heater up a little bit for those of us that love really hot showers!!! Can’t go wrong with this rental!!!

Beautiful home away from home
We were in town for work and as we travel often, we always love finding a gem! This was just that. The features and home itself are beautiful. The hosts are very accommodating and kind. It’s comfortable, clean, well maintained, and plenty of space to spread out if you’re traveling with others. I definitely recommend this place.

We had to come in to Grand junction for a funeral and had to stay for almost a week. Home very clean. Close to the places we need to go to while here. The owner Greg was very welcoming and just made the time here so much easier on all of us. Thanks Greg. See you next time we need to travel to Grand junction.

We really liked the property and location. It was great for our group of 7. The hallway toilet needs a little attention as it continued to run after flushing. While we were there we used the microwave several times to warm up leftovers and then the last evening it quit working. Almost seemed like a door sensor went out. Otherwise the property was great!

Very Comfortable and Quiet Home
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Nice enclosed yard for our dogs. Home is beautifully decorated. We had a little trouble with the remote, had to stand up near the TV to make it work, otherwise, no complaints.

The home was amazing. Very roomie, way more then my wife and i needed. Pretty good location. Perfect place if you have a side by side. Having a huge garage. Only complaints are the the pans for the stove have to be a certain for stove top to work. Didnt have a pot big enough for boiling water and second was tv in living room. Didnt have to roku skick. Besides that place was amazing

Very nice house
We stayed here with extended family for our granddaughter's wedding. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The place was immaculate and had anything you would need in the kitchen. Everyone thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to everything. Don't hesitate to book!

Fabulous place to stay for Tour of the Moon Ride!
So glad we found this wonderful home! We are a group of 4 girlfriends who came to Grand Junction to do the Tour of the Moon bike ride. First impressions were excellent and the entire home was perfect as we each got our own bedroom. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything you needed. Spacious garage that we could use to keep the car and all 4 bikes on the rack behind the car! Loved having dinner in the back patio as it's shaded in the afternoon. We are planning on booking the same home next year!

Beautiful area, nice neighborhood. The home had enough room for 4 friends to have individual space. One bedroom is not as large and the bed is not as nice as the other rooms, but overall we were happy with the accommodations and slept comfortably. Master bed is memory foam.

Spacious and comfortable
My fiancé and I stayed here with our two small dogs. The fenced-in yard was large and perfect for them. The neighborhood has a safe, suburban feel. The living spaces were ample, and the kitchen had most of what you might need. The property lies about midway between downtown Grand Junction and the center of Palisade, so it was easy to go to and from either town. I would recommend Grand Junction as an alternative getaway to other parts of Colorado - wineries, fruit stands, and riverside trails await!

Very close to food and Walnart Neighborhood Market...and the fruit stands in Palisade are 10 minutes away.. we enjoyed a bunch of locally grown stuff!! I70 quick and easy to access. It was a great home, good location, easy access to all we wanted to do. Only negative, but not really bad, was beds weren't comfortable. I have a bad back, so it was probably just me. I need a more firm bed.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Great floor plan, open kitchen, lovely patio and a VERY quiet neighborhood. It was right between GJ and Palisade which made it easy to explore both. Very clean and comfortable property.
