Great Experience at the Retro Rancher on Rood
The house was quite charming. They were able to keep the original style of the house but also make it comfortable and stylish. I loved the quality of the kitchen appliances and cookware ( I always cook for my family when in town). The neighborhood is quite and so convenient to downtown. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

This little place had the best mattress I've ever slept on in a rental. More room than the photos give it credit for, and loved the outdoor area in the hot afternoon for shade and breeze. Plenty of parking, generous appliances and all of them new. Quiet neighborhood near restaurants. Nicely decorated. Exceptionally clean.

The house did not disappoint! The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs, the beds are comfortable and the living room was cozy. Downtown is charming and easy to walk to from the house. The owners were responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Charming little house close tondowntown
We stayed here for our annual Palisade trip and it was the perfect house for two couples. Nice rooms, great sitting area, and good amenities. The ceiling fan in the living room kept the air moving and cool, and the location to restaurants downtown was great. Will definitely stay again!

We loved this house. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s well stocked and is the perfect location - close to downtown, CMU, and Stocker Stadium. The hosts were very responsive! We will stay here again!
