You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Grand Valley Gateway room-private entrance/checkin

Studio room with its own private entry and no access to main house. The main room includes a refrigerator, microwave, big screen TV, and Keurig. There are three small steps to the bathroom which includes an extra heater and other amenities. You will be located centrally in Grand Junction so that you are just a minutes away from the airport, interstate, dining, shopping or CMU. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Next door to the local favorite Graff Dairy.

Large private parking.

Guests will have the entire space to themselves. There is a private bedroom and bathroom unit separate from the main house with your own code access. Come and go as you please!

We really respect or guests privacy but are always available through the app or in person if needed.

Close to everything in Grand Junction and right next to Graff Dairy serving ice cream and food.

Great little studio for us and our pup!
We were two adults and a small dog, and the studio was perfect for us. Completely private entrance and living quarters with queen bed, bathroom, mini fridge, and small seating area. Shared yard for our pup to run around was an added plus. Also walking distance to Safeway/Starbucks which was great!
