Welcome to lake life at Isle Be Back! This comfortable home sits right on Lake Champlain and next to Grand Isle State Park, so your outdoor adventure needs will be well provided for. Start your day with a cup of coffee and a gorgeous sunrise on the patio overlooking the water. Grab a book and stay a while – why not? You're on vacation. When you start getting hungry, head inside to make breakfast in the kitchenette, which features a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and four-burner stovetop.
Dine together at the table before you head out for the day's adventures. You're 0.3 miles from the Ironwood Nature Trail trailhead, and an easy drive to other state parks, vineyards, and charming small towns. Hop into one of the two kayaks for a paddle on a warm summer's day. Get comfortable in front of the gas fireplace while you stream a movie on the TV, or step back outside to watch the moonrise on the lake. Drift off to sleep knowing another perfect day on the lake awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
