House was clean. Host was very professional and accommodating. WiFi worked well so I could work from that location. Had everything we needed for our stay.
We had a wonderful stay. Al was very accommodating and responsive. Home was stocked with everything we needed! If we come back to Grand Island, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
Nice house with attached garage which was great for our group. Host was super responsive when I had a question and was great to send a message to check in on is during the stay.
We went to Grand Island for the Red Power Roundup. Found this Vrbo for our 3 night stay. It was very clean, lots of room and well stocked. Al was quick to respond to messages. We would recommend this Vrbo in Grand Island.
The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and had all that we needed for the kitchen and linens etc. Quiet neighbourhood, nice for taking walks. We were travelling with dogs and Al was very accommodating.
This is such a cute house. It is our second time staying. The host goes above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We love having the space to spread out, this is a spacious 2 bedroom.
This home is very well maintained from the day it was built. It is a charming home with everything you could need provided my a very friendly and helpful property owner. We loved our stay and home to stay again each time we are in Grand Island.
The house was well maintained, clean, with many extras (laundry detergent, plenty of towels, extra blankets). It is not over furnished making the smaller floor plan feel plenty big for and allowing for plenty of space for an air mattress if needed.
We stayed at this property during the Aksarben livestock show. Property was just as described. Nothing fancy but we were only there to sleep and shower. We did have trouble getting in and out of the property with the lock box on the front door. If that process could be streamlined a bit it would be all 5 stars!
Was not told it was a duplex, we'd be sharing with a neighbor who kept a barking dog.
Toilet clogged repeatedly and ultimately stopped flushing.
Wifi too weak to even use email.
5 remotes and couldn't figure out the TV, asked the owner and he didn't know, either.
Plug-in air fresheners were gaggingly over powering.
No written instructions anywhere for anything.
No recycling.
No kleenex.
Great little place, very comfortable. Fairly good sized for a 2 bedroom house. Reminded me of the house I grew up in. 😃 Easy to get to and shopping near by. Didn't spend a huge amount of time here but enjoyed the time we did.
We love Al’s house. Plenty of space for our family of 4. We cooked breakfast everyday and had everything we needed. We don’t spend much time there but did take a couple of short walks. The neighborhood is friendly and with well kept yards and gardens.
The duplex was clean and gave out family of 4 room to spread out a bit. We have always stayed with family previously, but this time we needed a place of our own. Glad we found this and did not have to stay in a motel. When I walked into the bathroom it was the same tile as my parents house that they just sold. Also Al was an excellent host and provided all needed information. Thank you!
