This beautiful Grand Haven condo is the perfect location for your vacation destination.  Pier Serenity is located in the Grand Landing West Building.  Everything is within walking distance, or if you choose, the bike path is nearby, and the trolley can take you to downtown or the beach!

This condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, and the upstairs loft has two twin trundle beds. This new condo features a comfortable living room with sliders to the balcony, gas grill and in-suite laundry. Renters also have access to the shared rooftop viewing/entertainment area with view of the waterway along the Grand River.  This is not a pet friendly property.

Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.

We had a great time at this property. Booking and checking in was easy. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for me, my husband, and two daughters. We loved being near everything. We frequented Biggby Coffee, Paisley Pig, Sweet Temptations, and Culver’s. The property managers let us know they were there if we needed them but we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay with them again.

Spacious, clean and well appointed
This condo was perfect for our group of 5, with room to spare. Everything we needed was in the kitchen; plenty of spare bed linens, and when we requested more towels, they were delivered promptly. It's a 15 minute scenic walk along the marina to the town center. There are several restaurants in the building or just across the parking lot. Check in was a non-event - they email you a link to unlock the main doors and a key code to the unit, so you are in your unit one minute after arrival.

Plenty of space
My husband and I took our two daughters (ages 18 and 21) and four of their friends. The upstairs with trundle beds was perfect place fir them to hang out. A very comfortable space. Would definitely return.

Western Michigan weekend
Our family including 2 grown children loved our long weekend in western Michigan and this condo was a great place to stay. The condos are above retail space with restaurants, bakery and ice cream right there. It close to route 31 to get nearby attractions and less then a mile from downtown Gran Haven! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described. We had a relaxing time and felt at home. I reported an issue with the elevator when we arrived Friday night. I got an immediate text that they had emailed building maintenance and it was fixed Saturday morning. Thank you Jami for prompt help. We would definitely come back the next time we visit western Michigan
