Sleeping Arrangements:
*Primary BR*
Primary BR on one side of unit on main floor with ensuite bath, (because you deserve some privacy). Includes workspace for those required meetings. For your comfort, name brand mattresses and cotton Oeko-Tex sheets adorn the bed, (because nobody likes microfiber).

*Secondary BR*
Secondary located on opposite side of condo than primary, with access to main bath. Complete with name brand mattresses and sheets.

*Kids Game & Sleep Loft*
Kids Game & Sleep Loft is all set up for the kids upstairs. Equipped with two twin beds. Kids can be out and about in town, come back, play some Foosball and the arcade, or other fun games, fall asleep, and wake up and do it all over again!

*Kitchen*
Wake up without worry of coffee, complete with selection of coffee and creamer, or teas, or head downstairs to the coffee shop. You can cook your meals with a stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. with toxin-free living in mind keep you and the family healthy. Or, dine out for the evening at one of the very convenient restaurants in Grand Haven, within blocks (or downstairs) of the condo.

Styled with your comfort and enjoyment, but the location can't be beat! Its just steps from a coffee shop, convenient to a sandwich shop and burger shop, as well as upstairs from a gastropub. Enjoy Grand Haven's window shopping, or cross the bridge to Spring Lake. There is convenient elevator access to bring you to the condo floor, where you can walk down the hallway right to the door (rarely goes down, but is possible).

This is your perfect home base! This spacious open-concept condo has been appointed and decorated with your comfort in mind - we chose quality mattresses, cotton OEKO-Tex sheets, and quality items throughout. We updated this condo to embrace Michigan and Grand Haven's culture, and want to share that with you! You can easily head out to see the Musical Fountain, get some ice cream on the boardwalk, or take a stroll to the beach.

Great summer getaway
We enjoyed this property! My boys loved the foosball table and board games, and we loved the room decor. It was convenient to park and a 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown restaurants. We can’t wait to come back to Grand Haven!

We truly enjoyed this VRBO rental. It was clean and comfortable with a fun retro arcade game that we all enjoyed playing. Close to the hot spots. All around wonderful.

The condo was perfect. Had a few days with my brother and wife, then 2 days with our 3 grandkids. Loved location..playgrounds and beach for the kids. Took a short hour drive to Silver Lake and dunes. Weather was perfect.

Gorgeous property - exactly as described. Owners thought of just about everything! Clean!!! Only recommendation would be a grab bar in the shower tubs...luckily I had a cane to help! We will definitely return!

Three of us stayed here while we played in a golf tournament at Spring Lake. This place was perfect for our needs. Loved the convenience to town and to the golf course. Highly recommend you eat at The Paisley Pig, which is right next door.

Grand Haven Fun!
This property was close to downtown and the state park. It was very convenient and had coffee, ice cream and sandwich shops in the direct vicinity which was great! We slept well, and the condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and well decorated and had a video game, toys, and games that kept everyone busy. We would recommend for families!

4th of July Family Vacation
We had a great time exploring Grand Haven. The condo was pefect for our family of 5. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The loft had a foosball table and video games which were great for unwinding after a long day at the beach or strolling the downtown. We would definitely go back.

Family time in Grand Haven
Wonderful !! Our group included my husband and I, our 2 young grandsons, and their parents. The layout of the condo was perfect. The grandchildren had a large room with bunk beds, and gmes upstairs to keep them busy.The kitchen had all we needed to prepare a few meals there including a grill outside for steaks one night. The condo was sparkling clean with comfortable furniture!! Would stay there again!!

This condo was perfect for our recent trip to Grand Haven! The property was in excellent condition and the property owners were attentive and communicative. Gem of Grand Haven
Wonderful location! Close to downtown Grand Haven, Holland and Muskegon! Accommodations are perfect, comfortable beds, beach gear available, easy access! We grilled, baked and enjoyed making coffee. Contact with the host over minor questions quick response! Lots of space and love the games too! Highly recommend for family vacations and friend outings! Amazing!!!
The Lakeside Loft property is amazing! My 8 year olds said it was "better than our house"! (It could be because there were games in their "room"!) The space smelled amazing and everything was so clean! The beds were comfortable! This is most definitely a family friendly space - from the toddler utensils, "clean" cleaning products (that smell SO good), and big kid games! We enjoyed time on the patio (there's something about vacation cocktails!) and the ability to walk into town for dinner and ice cream! Morning runs to the end of the Pier were just over 4 miles! Grand Haven is a great little town and when we visit again, we'll be sure to book this property again!

Nice condo above small commercial area
I liked this condo so giving it five stars. I thought the condo itself was very comfortable especially the master bedroom. But a few things to note and some suggestions to the owners. First, the condo is located it what looks like almost an old office building with stores on the first floor (nails, tatoo, sweet shop, and decent restaurant with Culver’s, Jimmy John’s, and Bobby coffee) in the parking lots nearby.The inside of the building itself is quite old. We were on the third floor. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for several days of our stay but it was fixed. Hallway outside the condo (inside the bldg) is very old and dingy. Inside the condo itself, I would suggest to the owners that they provide a few improvements. If you are to cook in the kitchen there should be more than one dish towel. Also, the pots and pans provided are on the small side. You need one or two more large pots or a family making dinner (pasta) is going to struggle. The second bedroom downstairs has NO drawers which was very limiting for us. Placemats would be nice to protect the nice runner and table. Finally, and this was a big one for me, there are no window coverings in certain parts of the living room so no privacy. You are looking across to another bldg also with condo units on higher floors. The bedrooms had privacy but half of the living room (ie the eating area) did not. I found that that made me stay more to the bedroom than the common area especially at night.
