The apartment was great! There were 4 adults with plenty of room to enjoy the weekend. Right downtown where everything was in walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the apartment clean. I had a couple of questions before check in and the host responded quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We have stayed here the past two NYE. We love our little “Hallmark Holiday Town”! And, added bonus watching our Wolverines advance to the National Championship! Which we won! Go Blue!💙💛 Restaurants , shops, the beach are all wonderful!!

Location is unbeatable!
Cute, eclectic apartment in a perfect location to explore downtown Grand Haven. The apartment was well stocked, furniture was comfy and we loved having a dedicated parking spot. Great shopping, restaurants and breweries were all within walking distance. The apartment is also close to the boardwalk for a nice morning walk. Shout out to a local band, Dank Hill! They performed at one of the breweries and were amazing!!

GH Mini Vacation
Nice place but reached out to contact person and they never responded. Thermostat was not working properly, could not figure out how to turn heat on since it was so cold. We reached out but nobody responded. I would recommend providing instructions on the thermostat. Beds were not made the best and a bit dusty. Thx

The location and the size of the space was nice. The presentation however was not to my liking. The sheets we not on the bed, balled up in a pile on the beds. Which made me question if they were clean or dirty. Lots of hair in the sheets and mattress pads were visibly stained. Ended up going to Walmart to buy my own. Bathroom towels just thrown over side of tub some we used. Very disgusting thank goodness I brought some with me. No hand or body soap. No garbage bags for the trash cans. Pet hair all over the couch had to put a blanket down to sit and feel comfortable. The place could have used a very good deep cleaning.

Nice location, It was clean. When we arrived, a vacuum was in the living room with a cord draped over the couch, someone just left it there. It was advertised having a washer and dryer, there was no washer and dryer. Advertised had ceiling fan, there was no ceiling fan. It had only one roll of toilet paper, no washcloths in the bathroom. No wash cloths in the kitchen, no paper towels. The sliding glass door screen you could barely move, non functional. The temperature outside hit 84 degrees, the air conditioning did not work, it came on but did not blow cold air. I would rethink before using this location again.

A great little place in Grand Haven
Our family of 4 stayed in this upstairs apartment for our visit to Grand Haven. My kids were so excited to have their own little apartment that they didn't want to leave. The apartment is a good size for our family with 2 nice sized bedrooms and large living / dining area. The location is perfect for walking to the many restaurants and attractions and only a mile to the beach. It is nice to have a full kitchen with all the supplies. We only made simple meals but they had everything you could need. The hosts were both responsive when I had questions before our stay. We didn't need to talk to them for anything once we were there. There were a few minor things that could be improved. The towels and bath mat didn't look the greatest and could use an update. There were extra blankets in some of the closets that we didn't need, but they didn't look the greatest either. Everything else seemed nice and clean. I would also suggest they add some hooks somewhere such as near the door along the hallway. It would be a nice spot to hang up sweaters and purses as you enter. Final note - there is a lot of glass / breakable decor / mirrors / etc. I kept reminding my kids not to run around and to be careful, but anyone with very active kids might want to be aware. Overall we enjoyed or stay and we would stay here again when in Grand Haven.

Great location!
Very nice apartment, everything as advertised. The location couldn’t be better. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants, coffee houses, etc. We stayed after Labor day so it was very quiet at night, but still active during the day. Great vacation spot!

Great location!
Absolute amazing location right downtown. You can walk to most everything and walk/drive to the beach. A few cons: one of the bedrooms has a skylight and keeps the room very bright until the sun goes down completely. With little kids, it made that room almost unusable for us for naps and bedtime. The communication was terrible when we had questions. They never responded to me for a few questions I had and that was frustrating. I had a few other small complaints but nothing too major.

Fantastic location and balcony
The location is perfect and comes with a parking spot. Balcony is great to watch street. All the shops and eating establishments we wanted were nearby. Property was roomy and clean. We really enjoyed the stay. It is a quick drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location
The location was amazing and the apt was nice and had lots of room. I took two stars off for two reasons. 1. Cleanliness: I had to clean the toilet when we checked because it clearly wasn’t done after the last family had checked out. In my opinion, the bathroom is the number one area that must be cleaned. There were other areas of the apartment that were very dusty or had hair accumulated behind the doors and things like that which showed that they do not do a thorough job of vacuuming the apartment. 2. Poor property management: The security code they give you for the apartment does not change with each guest, that means that every guest who stays there knows the code for future guests. I requested that The code be changed for security/safety reasons before checkin. We were told that it would be changed but it was not. In addition, we were staying there for three nights/4 days and head 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. When I texted manager that we needed more toilet paper it took multiple text messages and multiple hours before we were able to get more toilet paper…. which was ridiculous, the apartment should come with enough toilet paper for a family for that is staying there for four days.
