The home is fully equipped with all bath and bed linens, complete kitchen, large front porch, and back yard patio with gas grill. Comfortable sleeping for six: king in master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, and two xl-twins in bedroom 3. This property was a 10/10. New, clean, great location. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, toiletries and extra bedding. Traveling with kids can be hard but the fenced in back yard exceeded our expectations. Easy walk to all of our favorite activities. We will definitely be staying here agin!

The property exceeded our expectations! Great location to enjoy 4th of July festivities, adorable decor, nice outdoor patio and front porch, everything we needed was available! Perfect amount of space for 6 people. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this house! Large common area with spacious bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Location was perfect, just a couple blocks from shopping area and close to boardwalk.

Modern and well equipped property in awesome location!
The place was perfect for our family to stay at on a trip to grandhaven. Very walkable to everything from restaurants and coffee shops to the beach and greenspaces. Place was thoughtfully and sufficiently stocked so that nothing additional was needed. Communication with owner was great and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, well decorated, perfect!
The house is new, clean, well furnished, and in a great location to take advantage of all that Grand Haven has to offer. It was very well stocked and it was perfect for our family. This house will not disappoint. Dowtown is a few minute walk and the beach isn't much further. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Grand Haven! Quiet and close to downtown
This property was perfect for our girls weekend in Grand Haven! Convenient driveway or street parking, 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the beach. The house was more spacious than anticipated and truly had everything we could have needed or wanted! Including a fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and spices, spacious eating and lounging space, beach towels and wagon, private outdoor seating space with a grill, in unit laundry, and comfy bedrooms! Was very clean and exceeded our expectations!

Perfect Place!
The house was super clean and in a great location. We just loved the nautical theme that was carried throughout. It had able space for the 4 or us. We loved being in walking distance to the water and downtown shopping area. Major plus that everything was in walking distance and we felt safe even walking after dark. This was a great find!

Wonderful week in Grand Haven!
We loved staying at this property and can’t wait to come back! We have stayed several places in Grand Haven , and this house is by far our favorite! The house was very clean and well organized. It was functional and perfect for our family of 5. We loved the location and could easily walk to the Main Street for meals and entertainment. Brian was a great host and he was very responsive to our questions. We are looking forward to staying longer next year!

New house with a perfect great room layout. Huge kitchen table with plenty on seating. Fully functional kitchen, new appliances, everything provided down to spice rack and Ziplock bags. Comfortable beds, linens provided at no cost. I would definitely recommend.

There were 6 of us and this home had plenty of room for all of us. It appeared to be recently fully remodeled and was very clean up on our arrival. Brian was amazing with communication with any questions we had and very responsive. Would highly recommend. This is close to anything you'd wanna see or do in downtown Grand Haven!

Over 60's Girls Weekend
The property is BRAND NEW and outfitted perfectly. We are four longtime friends who like to cook, shop, walk around, and laugh. We were able to do all of that in GR. We had a three-night stay and did the farmers market, an impromptu gospel concert that was incredible, breakfasts at Anna's House (incredible), barbequed in the backyard, tons of walking, and a day in Saugatuck. Perfect end-of-summer fall getaway. Kudos to the owner for making a great home away. Best VRBO I've ever stayed at.

Amazing, very cleanly, property
The owner of this home did everything right. This property was so immaculate and was just remodeled and everything was gorgeous. All high end finishes, the decor was great for a vacation home. Size was great, myself, husband, mother and two small children were very happy and comfortable in this home. Supplied with all your needs (clean towels, TP, ziploc bags, cookin utensils, etc.). I can’t say enough nice things about this property. No complaints. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Location was perfect; 3min walk to downtown, 5-10min walk to the marina and 5min drive to the beach. Highly recommend booking this property.

Great family home
Brian’s home is a great home for family with younger children. It’s right across the street from a playground and a couple minute walk to a harbor and mini golf. It’s also only a couple blocks from all the restaurants and bars, it was great being able to walk to all these places and not drive. The beach is a short drive from the home and was the only place we drove to within Grand Haven other than the grocery store. The home was great, it is open, updated and clean. Brian has a pack and play, beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon to lug all your belongings across the beach. Everything worked perfectly within the home and Brian was very easy to reach and willing to help. Checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Grand Haven!

charming, well-located beach house
This small house is adorable, and my three kids and I were comfortable there. Nicely renovated as pictured and super cute. It's a short drive to the beach but that is no problem, there is plenty of parking. Walking distance to the adorable town with lots of eating/fun options. Biggest downside is no washer/dryer. We did a load at the nearby laundromat though so not a huge problem. For a longer stay, it would have been a drag. Also the shades are not room-darkening and the house is not far from a busy-ish street so if you are a light sleeper, may be an issue, but we all did fine. Owner is local, super responsive and nice. Overall recommend staying here!
