Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried to reach out to owner the day of checking out ,finally got back to me 10 hours later ,telling me to notify Expedia. Beware of the $65- additional cleaning Fee on top of the nightly rental rate! It was a great location ,close by everything. Was a bit disappointed.
