"We were in Geneva for a flying visit to watch a gig at the arena. The location was perfect for our trip, walking distance from the airport and arena. We arrived in the morning and went to drop our bags at the hotel so that we could go and explore. The room was ready though, so we were able to check in early! Breakfast was nice. Late evening we ordered pizzas from the bar, delicious!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room basic but very clean and in good condition. "

"Hotel staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Free airport shuttle every 20 mins during day very easy. 3 mins walk to tram stop that takes you into Geneva centre. Public transport free when staying at hotel. Easy to explore Geneva for day or two from here."

"This hotel is grand for an airport stay and a typical Ibis but the receptionist when we arrived was one of the rudest and most unhelpful I have met in 20 years of travel. I enquired about the airport transfer which I was told after several attempts was €25, left only hourly and I would need to book 24 hours in advance which at check in after 4pm, is highly improbable if not impossible for most. The receptionist was so arrogant and impersonal about the whole exchange I got fed up even trying...

"After travelling for hours on New Year's day, I just wanted somewhere to rest my head after a long drive. Arriving at midnight, a key code is required for check in (which is supposed to be sent via email, but wasn't). Long story short 20 minutes standing in the dark and cold, managed to get checked in. I particularly liked the paper thing walls - the good rodgering dished out to the lady of the night (in the room next door) was nothing short of amazing. Well done sir. I also liked the modern...
