This is an expansive resort property that’s beautiful. The staff were very accommodating. Through an error we were assigned a non-accessible room. They quickly moved us to the right room: “we have to make sure you have a pleasant stay.” Everything about the room was perfect, clean, and accessible.

Convenient location with very close access to Grand Canyon and friendly staff. The room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom and windows didn’t close/lock properly for being on the ground floor. Overall good stay for one night.

I’ll let it slide that we were a party of 5 and the room was configured to sleep 4 (we came prepared so not a big deal for us) but can give high marks to the amenities the property has. An arcade, pub, restaurant, and indoor pool were the ones that caught my attention. Plus the drive into the Grand Canyon can’t be beat. If you do want to take advantage of the amenities, stay in the main or 3000 building if you can. Recommended!

With kids, this was such a great place to stay, near the park with an indoor pool and lots of activities when we needed to warm up after our adventures!

The room was a little dated. The vanity area was convenient except the sink had bugs in it. The arcade was good for the kids and conveniently located across from a bar. We ate at the restaurant near the lobby the food was okay. The evening smores were a hit. The outdoor amenities were good.

For a resort hotel, this place delivers. Two pools, fun activities, clean rooms and soundproof rooms! It was so quiet in our room despite all the people here.
