Pendene Villa is a big private property with private pool and air-conditioning. The pool is fenced for children's security.
We keep our villa well maintained and pristine. If you have contact in Mauritius we recommend that you have the villa checked out before reserving. Even though the villa sleeps 11 people it can accommodate up to 14 with a bit of flexibility and creativity. So, if your group exceeds 11 just ask and we can discuss sleeping arrangements. PENDENE is a spacious detached villa only 10/15 minutes walking distance from the best bathing beach in Pereybere and a similar distance from Grand Baie - Mauritians shopping and nightlife 'capital'. A 10 minute drive is Mont Choisy - one of the largest sandy beaches on the island. Supermarket and local produce shopping is less than 10 minutes away. The colonial style villa has balconies front and back and views for miles.
The villa has a large private pool and big patio area with barbecue and tropical gardens front and back. It is discreetly managed by husband and wife team Garcon & Baby, who will be there to greet you on arrival, show you where everything is and help you get settled in with the minimum of fuss. Discounted car and airport transfer can be arranged for you and a daily maid service is available for a little extra..
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and electric fans in the lounge, indoor games and a library + TV - DVD - Play Station.

Other facilities: Exceptionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher - microwave oven - 5 ringed stove and a plethora of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery.
Utility room for your laundry with iron and ironing board. Cool boxes to take picnics to the beach.

Security: - caretaker/manager on site in a cottage by the gate.

Lovely villa on the outskirts of Grand Baie and Pereybere
Great villa with plenty of space, Wendy helped us to organise a car to explore the island and was able to answer any questions we had to make our holiday go as smoothly as possible.

A lovely villa that provided a wonderful base to travel around the island. Conveniently located in the lovely Perybere and near to Grand Baie. Nitish and Pooja were very welcoming and made our stay like a home from home.

1st time in Mauritius
Property was as per the photos on the website. It was clean and very spacious. Even with 8 people it never felt crowded. Loved the holiday and the villa helped make the holiday special. It had a nice large pool which was used daily. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. My brother even stated that he would miss the villa as it was perfect for our needs.

Amazing spacious house
The house keepers family is adorable and always there to help. The house is huge so is the pool. Very complete equipment and appliances. Quiet neighbourhood just 5 ms away from Grand Baie by car. The house 's owner is very kind and helpfull too. Thank you Wendy! Will definitively come back.

A Wonderful Stay
I planned a trip to Mauritius and was looking for places to stay. Unfortunately I did not plan enough in advance. Luckily I was able to find Pendene Villa and Wendy, the owner, was very helpful in reserving her villa for 2 nights for us. The only 2 nights available during my trip to Mauritius. I wish we could have stayed in the villa for the entire trip. We had a warm welcome from Garcon and he gave us a tour of the whole villa. The villa is very spacious and was very cleaned upon arrival. We love the fact that it has a private pool. We spent New Year's Eve in the villa and could not have been better. The facilities and amenities in the villa were amazing. I will definitely book the villa again on my next trip and will make sure I book it way in advance this time.

We loved it!
We spent 3 weeks at Pendine Villa near Pereybere beach summer 2009.Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 teenagers so we had tons of room in the villa which is extremely well maintained and appointed, really big , with loads of extras like books, games, hairdryers, pool toys, bbq, etc. The booking process was easy with plenty of tips from the owners, and when we arrived we were unbelieveably well looked after by Garcon and his wife Bebe who live very close and are keen to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The location is good , within an easy walk to Pereybere however we hired a car at very good rates and travelled around to various beaches as well. I think if you go for self catering over the hotel route you experience a lot more of the real Mauritius without being ripped off by the hoteliers. Eating out is generally very reasonable and everyone is very friendly. We would defiintely recommend the villa and Mauritius overall as a holiday destination.

Fantastic holiday
We were two families who stayed over the half term break in October 2012. Have to stay everything was absolutely perfect. Right from the outset Wendy, the owner, could not have been more helpful. She offered many good tips and always responded swiftly to any queries. She organised the transfer from the airport and from the moment we arrived at the villa Garcon and Bebe looked after us. Having them on site was not intrusive and a great comfort in terms of security. Garcon booked us trips, Bebe cooked for us and both seemed to be on a mission to make sure we all got the most out of our holiday. Villa was spacious and clean as was the pool. Would strongly recommed anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful island to book this villa. Ideally located and ensures you get out and about to explore the island. Can never understand why people book into all-inclusive hotels and then spend 14 days in the same place!!!

Je recommande cette location Contact avant départ merveilleux avec Wendy la propriétaire une aide très précieuse proposant toutes les possibilités (location de voitures, transfert aéroport)pour aborder notre arrivée dans les meilleures conditions. A notre arrivée accueil par Nitish et Pooja couple de gardien d'une extraordinaire gentillesse. Nous gardons d'eux un super souvenir qui fait entièrement parti de notre voyage, merci à eux

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances dans la villa qui était très bien équipée. Toutes les chambres ont la climatisation et la cuisine était en très bon état. La seule suggestion pour améliorer notre expérience serait qu'il y ait la clim dans le séjour également car la chaleur a Grand baie en été est étouffante. L'extérieur et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Neetish, le gardien, était disponible a chaque fois que nous avions eu besoin de son aide. Pour résumer, nous avons été comblé par la villa et nous le recommandons à 100%

Sehr viel Platz - Renovierungsbedarf
Von aussen sieht das Haus schmuck aus, von innen ist es renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Küche: Geschirrspüler rostig - mochten wir nicht benutzen, Wasserhahn lose, eine Herdplatte defekt, Ofen nicht sauber. Die Bäder sind gerade noch ok, aber alles alt und nicht sehr einladend. Die separaten Gittertüren an sämtlichen Türen haben wir nicht verstanden - Kriminalität? Steckdosen veraltet bzw englisches System, generell Elektroinstallation veraltet. Viele einfache Lichtschalter ohne Wechselschaltfunktion - bei großen Räumen eher lästig. Mobiliar im Aussenbereich: 5 Plastikstühle, 2 Klapptische und veraltete Plastik-Poolliegen, in denen sich die Katzen wohl gefühlt und ihre Krallen gewetzt haben. Positiv war der zügige Kontakt zur Besitzerin, die uns mit sehr nützlichen Tipps versorgt hat und dem Hausmeister-Ehepaar, welches den Pool regelmäßig gesäubert und immer mal wieder nach dem rechten gesehen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber zu Fuss braucht man knappe 30 Minuten um an der Küste mit Restaurants und Strand zu sein. Die Hälfte des Weges ist eine stark befahrene Strasse ohen Fussweg. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem: sehr netter Kontakt, aber keine Luxusvilla mehr

EXCELLENT SEJOUR A LA VILLA PENDENE
Villa très grande et agréable. tout le monde a apprécié la grande piscine. L'accueil parfait de Pooja et Nitish toujours à disposition pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Vraiment bravo à eux. petit bémol, l'intérieur de la villa aurait besoin d'un peu de rafraichissement et modernité, mais comme on est tout le temps à l'extérieur ce détail n'a que peu d'importance.

Très bon sejour dans l'ensemble. Villa idéalement située et spacieuse. Gardiens sympathiques et disponibles. Seul petit bémol : l'état des salles de bain (douche/wc) pas en tres bon etat et pas pratiques. Nous recommandons.

Grande villa et très bonne localisation à Grand Baie
Nous avons séjourné à 11 personnes (6 adultes - 5 enfants) dans la villa Pendene. La maison est très vaste et nous a permis d’avoir chacun notre indépendance (notamment grâce aux 3 salles de bains). Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées (climatisation). La piscine est grande et agréable (accès sécurisée pour les enfants). La localisation de la villa est idéale car à proximité des supermarchés et du centre ville de Grand Baie. (Attention préférer une voiture de location pour les déplacements car accès pas facile à pieds). L’accueil par Nitish et sa femme s’est très bien déroulé, ils sont sympathiques et restent disponibles tout au long du séjour, notamment pour nous proposer des repas tout faits à la villa. Je recommande cette location.

Nous avions déjà réservé ce logement en 2018 mais ce sera la dernière fois ! Plus à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Maison aurait globalement besoin d'entretien , ménage effectué 2 fois seulement sur 18 nuits et changement de serviettes une fois !!! En 2018 il y avait une grande table extérieure (endroit où nous passons la majorité du temps) aujourd'hui table pliable de camping étroite et de piètre qualité ! Le lave vaisselle fuyait à chaque lavage (cuisine inondée) mais malgrés plusieurs signalement rien n'a été fait .....lamentable. Bien dommage !

Séjour très agréable
Nous étions 4 familles dont une avec des enfants. La maison est très spacieuse, avec ses 4 SDB/Toilettes, ses grands espaces (salon/salle à manger, cuisine, hall). La maison est située dans un endroit calme, loin du trafic routier. Le couple de gardien est très disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service, de même que Wendy, la propriétaire.

Maison très spacieuse idéale pour des grandes familles
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa (bien qu’on était tout le temps dehors )c’était agréable de se retrouver tous ensemble le soir pour le repas en famille chacun avait son espace son intimité Les points à revoir c’est de bien préciser que la plage et les commerces ne sont pas vraiment à côté (25 mn à pied )donc impérativement louer une voiture ou avoir un chauffeur ce que nous avons fait on remercie chaleureusement SAVITA de l’agence exotic dream Pereybere qui s’est vraiment occupé de nous pour nos excursions et transports On remercie garçon et baby Il faut aussi faire l’impasse sur le bruit, le professeur de sport d’à côté qui vous réveille le matin avec ses élèves et les chiens qui aboient ,donc un qui nous a gâché un wk en hurlant Sinon pour les familles nombreuses je vous conseille cette maison très sécurisée Je remercie les propriétaires de m’avoir permis de passer un super moment en famille Sur cette île que je reviendrai sûrement une prochaine fois elle est tellement belle et accueillante des sites splendides à vous couper le souffle Vraiment à faire Marie

Saubere Villa, freundliche Caretaker, netter Kontakt mit Landlady per EMail. Auf Anfrage Tipps für Transfers, Automiete und vieles mehr. Bis zum nächsten Strand ist es ca. 15 min zu Fuss. Umgebung der Villa ist dafür ruhig.

TRES BELLES VACANCES
La propriètè était conforme à nos attentes pour 11 personnes de 5 à 76 ans. Grande, spacieuse, correctement équipé, proche des commerces et des places ( de 3 à7 kms au maximun) Donc parfait pour une grande famille. La Villa Pendene est une super propriété pour séjourner en famille tout particulièrement. Nous étions seulement un couple à séjourner dans la villa qui est gigantesque et confortable. Voici les points essentiels que nous avons retenu de cette propriété : - La villa est situé à un emplacement judicieux (au centre de commerce) et dans un endroit calme, relaxant et apaisant. C'est exactement ce que nous recherchions. - Nous avons pu profiter généreusement de la piscine très agréable et grande. La piscine est privée et intime - Salon très grand et spacieux. Cuisine bien équipée. Les chambres sont grande (la principale très grande), elles sont majoritairement toutes équipés de toilette/douche et climatisé. - Garcon (gardien de la propriété) s'est bien occupé de nous et a prit le temps de nous guider dans notre séjour Nous remercions Wendy qui était très à l'écoute et réactif aux messages.
