Are you ready to have a place where your entire friends and family and be together in the mountains? This home is 5 bedrooms 3.50 baths with a loft and a basement family room! Plenty of space to be together. Steps away from the lift for easy ski access in the winter and trails access out your front door. One of the only lots in Granby Ranch with aspen trees for privacy. Great family house
Great place for family to stay during daughters wedding! Great bedroom layout, living room to visit, used the grill a bunch and the downstairs had a separate living area for anyone needing some quiet time.

Family holiday
Family had a wonderful time! The 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, were very comfortable staying here. The ski in / ski out was easy for the skiers in the group. They could easily return to the house for lunch, one day purchasing take out food at Base Camp and skiing it back for all of us to enjoy! All in all, a great stay!

Family reunion
A wonderful place to have extended family. Plenty of sleeping and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 11. Enough separate places for us to gather by yourselves or in small group. Amenities were great. Kitchen very well set up.

Moose Cabin
Perfect sized cabin for us and our daughter, son-in-law and two young grandsons (who absolutely loved all the books and toys). Located conveniently between Winter Park (enjoyed the all day pass) and Grand Lake (beach area fun for kids and view from Grand Lake Lodge is amazing). The moose theme of the cabin was great, as was the view of the aspen grove from the back deck. Would like to come back in the winter!

Great ski in/out option for families!
Location was even better than expected! This was our first ski in/out stay & was perfect for 3 families to quickly walk to ski access. House was comfortable & clean. Plenty of space for our group. Owner was on top of sending access instructions about a week before our stay & was quick to respond to questions. Check in/out was easy. Even the kids said this one the best ski vacations we’ve had yet. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome spot
Loved our stay here. First off, the lift is a walk across the street. Way too easy. Secondly, the house is amazing. Fit multiple families with kiddos. There were even toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Bedrooms and beds were all great. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay
This property is amazing! The house itself is beautiful but the location to ski in and out could not have been better or more convenient. We all had the best stay and also loved being able to use the pool and hot tub at the club house. Dan could not have been more nice and easy to contact with quick replies. Looking forward to hopefully returning for another great stay! Thank you!

Wonderful place for weekend stay
We stayed here with two siblings and their family and mom. All together we had 5 kids 11, 9, 8, 6, and 5. The place was wonderful, clean, and well furnished. It had nice beds and clean bathrooms for all 10 of us. We enjoyed the ski in/ski out as our kids were learning to ski and the ski closet. We prepared all our meals in the kitchen while we stayed and everything works well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Family Reunion
This was an awesome place to stay. We have a large family (13 siblings + spouses) so we rented 2 homes in this neighborhood for our adults only weekend reunion. The house was spacious, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of blankets/pillows/linens. ' A few of us rented mountain bikes at the nearby lift center, and enjoyed the downhill mountain biking. The clubhouse pool/hottub was a little far for walking, but just a few minute drive and was very nice.

Comfortable luxury!
This is a fantastic property! It is the most thoughtfully equipped and stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen eve has a large variety of utensils and even assorted grocery items to save you the trouble of buying “those little things” at the store that you never think of bringing. The house even includes six comfy robes! The downstairs is quiet and perfect for the occupants of those two bedrooms to feel privacy and enjoy time on their own. The master has a king and is exceptionally comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and blankets everywhere. Great support and communication and the Bistro serves really good, reasonably priced food. The golf course was outstanding and not snooty or crowded - great for hackers and experts alike. Grocery store is close by in Granby, too. Wonderful!

Great property, a lot of extras in cabin. Huge table to gather, set up in common area is big and holds lots of people. Close to the ski lifts but not the main lodge ski lift more bunny slope secondary slopes so takes a bit to get to main ski runs. Owners are very nice and communication is top notch. Owners helpful with information about town and ski lodge. There is only one king bed but all beds are comfy. Top floor can get a lot warmer than bottom floor so plan accordingly who likes warmer or colder rooms at night. The best part was how close the walk is from the garage into the house. Not many stairs or steps so leaving ski gear and boots in garage is nice and easy after a day of skiing. Overall, one of the best rentals on a mountain! I highly recommend it!
