Great place to stay!
We truly enjoyed this home! It had everything we needed! The hot tub on the deck was perfect. Great location, close to shopping, hiking and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Perfect place
Very nice place to stay for our ski trip. Hot tub was great. The garage fit by half ton pickup to stay out of snow. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Getaway!
Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Grand Elk Ranch! Close to Granby Ranch for skiing, beautiful views, plenty of space for us to relax. Equipped with everything a family needs, including toys and games for the kids. Loved the hot tub and massage chairs. Can’t wait to come back!

We go to Granby every year for family trip with all the kids and grand kids. We have rented several places over the years and this is by far the best!!! So family friendly, would highly recommend it. My grandson asked when we can come back. Think we have found the one we will rent again.

A lovely, relaxing spot!
Our family had an amazing time at this house. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and even had toys, a step stool, and kids plates/cups for our kiddo. The view from the back porch is beautiful and we enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub. It was just so relaxing! We hope to stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Very Accommodating for our group
This place was perfect for our group size. We had 2 dads and 2 boys. Really enjoyed no stairs. Plenty of furnishings. Loved the hot tub on the deck. Skiing was an easy drive approximately 10-12 mins to Granby Ranch. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would book again!!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location
This property was even prettier than the online photos — sitting at the edge of a golf course with natural light coming in from the windows and patio! It was quiet and peaceful! The master bedroom and bathroom combo. was large and wonderful! The king sized bed was super comfortable. We truly appreciated the heated massage recliners and hot tub in the evenings after our long hikes and other adventures each day! The kitchen was pretty and well equipped! Another plus was the short distance to the grocery store (City Market) and close proximity to restaurants - all just a short drive. We would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay in Granby very much. The home worked very well for us. A king bed was important to us so that and the master bath (double sink!) was very nice. We stayed for a week as we had friends who stay in Grand Elk each summer. We would definitely rent the same place again, if available. 😊

This house is perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, relaxing, beautiful view out the back deck, very comfortable beds, it is the most comfortable and accommodating place I have every stayed!

A nice, peaceful place. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to Rocky Mountain National Park that we visited often. And we enjoyed golfing at the nearby golf course.

This home was perfect! Great location, very nice, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make home cooked meals. Hot tub was a definite plus, helped relax us after long days of hiking. Quiet neighborhood and grocery store nearby. Definitely recommend this home, I know we will certainly be back again. 10 out of 10!

This house delivers
This house looked good online, it was even better in person. There was a hiccup when we arrived, talked to an evolve associate that night and the next morning the owner contacted us and was attentive and resolved the issue quickly. The house was awesome. Great views, safe neighborhood, grocery store at the top of the street. The kids loved the massage chairs, and watching movies with the fireplace on. The garage is big enough I was able to pull my full size truck in and get it out of the snow. The kitchen had everything for us to cook Christmas dinner, the owners really thought of everything. It was a nice surprise there was a Christmas tree there, when we asked evolve said they were unsure if there would be one, but it was perfect. The bedrooms were good and comfortable, bathrooms were good and clean. The house was super nice. Amenities were abundant and fulfilled every need. Can't say enough good about this place. Beautiful rental, beautiful views. If you're going to Granby book this place! You won't regret it.

Such an amazing gateway!! This house has amazing views and is close to so many fun things to do! We played in Grand Lake, hiked Monarch Lake, and enjoyed local restaurants. It is also a great spot to relax and unwind! The house itself is beautiful and spacious! We can’t wait to come back again!
