The house was very nice and clean. The landscaping is beautiful, and the view of the lake from the house is amazing. We loved watching the ducks and geese.

Beautiful lake
We spent morning coffee watching the geese and ducks gracefully swim by. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Close to Granbury which has many shops, places to eat and some nice walking trails at the local parks. House is within an hours drive to Dallas/Fort Worth. Highly recommend this house.

Vacation
Great location! Home was comfortable. My kids loved sleeping in the loft area. Having the park close by was nice so the kids could go play and feed the ducks and geese. We would definitely come back to this property. Glad they had Roku for streaming when we were relaxing inside. The only annoying thing was putting up dishes from dishwasher when we arrived. At least that meant they were clean. Everything seemed real clean!

We went on weekend property close to boat ramp which is good..it also has picnicking area . Had some partying going on but quit at 10pm.

Celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday
We had a very relaxing time. The home is so clean and comfortable. Our view was beautiful. The grandchildren stayed in the water most of the day. I can't tell you how many pictures I took watching them come up the dock ladder from the lake. The backyard has different areas for everyone to be comfortable. It was a great day with family

It was very nice and clean!
We were in town for a football game. It was a very nice home with lots of things to do. If you had planned to stay on the property would make a great spring trip.

Relaxing waterfront home
Loved drinking coffee every morning out back watching the geese, ducks and even an eagle. Very peaceful and quiet. Weather was better than expected. House is so comfortable like home.

We have stayed at this house two other times and have enjoyed it each time. It had everything we needed and it is in a quiet cove. The sheets are super soft and they have updated the showers nicely.

Love the outdoor space!
I stayed here with my mom and sister for a Mother’s Day weekend. We absolutely loved the dock! It is perfect for lounging and relaxing. We took out a kayak and there is super easy access to the water from multiple spots. The kitchen and bathrooms have been redone nicely and everything was very clean. The mattresses were awesome and I wish I had one that nice at home haha. The house is very big with plenty of room if you have a big group. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Check in was easy. Close to all the fun things to do in granbury. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Week
We had a great time here! My kids loved the house and felt comfortable quickly. The park is literally just across the backyard. It was close to Dinosaur Valley, which was our focus this trip. I got to throw in my line morning and night, and while I didn't catch anything it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Had a great stay at this house! It was well situated for us to spend time in granbury and to get out into the hiking areas further south outside Glen rose. Very comfortable and well equipped-zero complaints from our end!

COMFY AND QUIET
Thank you for the most enjoyable weekend at your place on the lake. The Mornings where wonderful having coffee on the Deck and enjoying the Serene view of the Lake and listening to the Ducks and Geese talk. The home was comfy and warm and we both slept wonderful with plenty of blankets. The covered dock was great too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Lake View
We love this place and have stayed here several times before. The dock is very convenient for fishing and just sitting out on the lake and enjoying the beautiful view. The rooms and bathrooms worked great for our group size and although the TVs do not have cable we have usually been able to find whatever football game we are looking for. It is close enough to town that we were able to go to events, restaurants and grocery stores easily. Keith is always helpful with any questions we have. I am sure we will stay here again soon!
