A perfect getaway
This was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Great communication, cute and spotless home, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and that patio! We sat on the patio all weekend and enjoyed hearing the fish occasionally splash in the lake. We agreed we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!😍

This home was lovely and the perfect get away!! The peace and quiet of sitting on that porch and looking at all the ducks, and their families was unforgettable! The host was responsive and informative. Can't wait to return to this perfect retreat!!

We stayed here with our two adult children. The location was central to Pecan Plantation and the Granbury Square. The decks surrounding the home provided lovely lakeside ambiance. 4.75 stars only because master bedroom mattress needs replacing. I would stay here again.

Great Girl’s Getaway
House was super cute and comfortable! Love that it was located on a dead end with no traffic in this gated, secure community. Only recommendations would be to upgrade the coffee maker to a Keurig and provide a dish brush for washing dishes. We knew there wasn’t a Keurig when we rented so we just brought our own. Beautiful, peaceful mornings and evenings on the big, spacious deck! Enjoyed shopping in Granbury, George Strait Tribute at Granbury Live and wine tasting at Bull Lion Ranch & Vineyard! Great weekend - great accommodations! Thanks!!

Overall very nice. Sadly, the cobwebs and spiders throughout the deck areas were significant and prevented us from enjoying the deck as much as planned. I’m not exaggerating when I say they were everywhere. The interior was relaxing and comfortable totally enjoyed by all of us. We would suggest either painting or placing some hi-vis paint/tape on the step down as 2 of our party missed a step which for older adults can be painful. Otherwise all was as described

Perfect getaway!!
We loved the property. Beautiful home and gorgeous views of the lake. We loved the deck with plenty of seating and tables. The home was updated very nicely with all the amenities needed for an amazing weekend away. We highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be renting this house again. We’re so excited because we’ve found our summer vacation rental on the lake.

Beautiful lake view
This property has two great features: the wrap-around porch with spectacular views, and the really nice fireplace. Our family of six spent Thanksgiving week here. The house is very clean and the dining table fit all of us comfortably. Our only wish was for better lighting where the cars are parked. The hostess was wonderful, responding immediately to any questions we had. This is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy.

The house was everything Linda advertises. Very nice and cozy!
We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s lake house. The patio view was amazing and we sat out there and played games and enjoyed some wine. We plan to try to go again next year and take our daughter and her family.

This property is located in a private community on a very quiet part of the lake. Access of the property itself was very smooth and easy. The license kiosk at the gate of community was broken and created delays and a little frustration but not the owner's responsibility. The space is this house is well designed and plenty of room for everyone. The deck is amazing and where you will spend most of your time! The set up with seating and lighting and view of the lake is wonderful. We would visit again.
