"We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It was close to many subway entrances and there was a pharmacy & Amazon Go store nearby for all of our needs. There were also a few bars & dining places around this hotel. We thought the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We did not experience any issues during our stay. "Location is great for shopping and restaurants. Room decor is interesting and pretty. Standout brunch on Sunday morning. Glitches: 1). the porter placed my two suitcases directly against the wall heater. When I returned from dinner and went to open one of the suitcases, the handle was very hot.
