Incrível o hotel em todas as esferas. Gerência está de parabéns pela equipe sensacional, competente e simpática. Todos muito solícitos e prestativos. A suíte é linda, bem decorada, grande, com black out, espelhos e iluminação muito funcionais, com todo o conforto que se pode esperar de um hotel desta magnitude. A cama, travesseiros e o enxoval são de uma qualidade extraordinária. A limpeza também é muito boa, tudo muito cheiroso e arrumado. Mas o grande diferencial mesmo é o café-da-manhã que é servido no restaurante giratório. Muitas delicias com qualidade inigualável, além da vista magnífica que faz valer cada centavo da experiência. Ficamos encantados com as trufas de boas-vindas que são produzidas pela simpática Cláudia. Quem dera todos os hotéis tivessem uma Cláudia na equipe.

Muito bom, maravilhoso!
Foi muito boa, uma coisa ruim o restsurante a noite so tem sequencia de fondue e o room service so funciona ate as 17h queria pedir um prato kids para meu filho nao consegui em nenhum dos 2...tive que pedir fora. Mas o quarto é maravilhoso, muito confortavel, cafe da manha espetacular, atendimento perfeito, todos muito simpaticos!
